A friend and I stopped here while hiking in Asheboro and I am glad we did! Really cool grocery store with amazing options for everyone: celiac/gluten free, meat eaters, vegans, soy free, keto, sugar free, and I’m sure many more. I just used the online ordering on Friday, and received my delicious goodies on Monday . The online platform is easy to use, and has categories for 56/57 or 80/20 and keto so you can find items easy. After placing my order, I received an email confirmation and text. Thank you Keye to Healthy for providing wonderful, healthy and delicious items!
Great place to get help on Nutrician and the classes are offered in house. My experience in the store was helpful in the knowledge of healthy fats and healthy snacks. I purchased several food items for snacks and found myself amazed at all the zero or low carb varieties. The chicken bacon ? is delicious! I placed 3-4 pieces in small zip lock storage bags and then in a big storage bag in my freezer. It lasted 6 months and I just pull out one small bag when needed.
