I've taken many classes here with several different instructors and they are all calm, excellent, and make sure I feel safe and am able to try new skills. I love doing silks and being able to do it in a space where I feel completely safe is good, but it's even better when everyone is also friendly and having fun.

I just turned 77 and was looking for a fun way to build back my strenght. I have completed 2 classes which have been GREATfun! This may seem very hard to believe but, already my legs and arms are appreciativly improved. Bonus, I think my cognitive also is improved. It is very safe and the young students in my class are wonderful but I it would be exciting to see some others in class who are in my age bracket.

I love going to Aerial Space! This is such a fantastic studio. The teachers are professional and knowledgeable, and they have a strong focus on safety, education, and inclusivity. I’ve had a membership for a couple of years; the price is reasonable and well worth the value received. Regardless of your skill level or background, you will be welcome here, and you will have fun!

I was new to silks when I decided to try a class with Andrew and it blew me away! The silks are awesome and fun on their own, but Andrew’s teaching style is what makes this class so fun for me, he gives lots of individual attention, kindness and endless encouragement.

If you are at all curious about circus arts or just looking for a fun and exciting new hobby, you should take a class at Aerial Space! I have been taking aerial silks classes there for almost two years and I absolutely love it. I look forward to classes every week. One thing I love about Aerial Space is their focus on education. I don’t have a dance or gymnastics background so I started as a complete beginner, but I always feel supported and carefully guided. The classes are small so you get a lot of individual attention. The instructors put a lot of thought into the sequence of skills you learn, how to breakdown a skill, and exercises (conditioning) to help build strength and flexibility. I am not a quick learner especially when it comes to anything involving coordination, but I’ve always felt comfortable learning at Aerial Space because the instructors are very knowledgeable, experienced, patient, and kind. Aerial Space is a welcoming community to people of all backgrounds and body types and everyone is supportive. I enjoy spending time with the other students in class. Most importantly, I really appreciate how seriously the studio takes safety. I have never felt unsafe, even when learning drops, dives, flips, and other fun skills. I’m really thankful I found Aerial Space!

This is the best part of my week! I love my classes and look forward to the next class so that I can learn more. I’m excited to see what I can achieve in time. The staff at Aerial Space are friendly and have created a safe space for aerial arts.Even as an overweight person, I feel comfortable doing what my instructor asks of me and even if I can’t quite get it he is still just as encouraging. The bonus is the friends that you meet in your classes. I have met a few people that I look forward to seeing every week.Aerial Space has created an environment that allows personal growth and I am excited to see what the next year or two brings me.

I was in town and decided to take a class since I do aerial silks elsewhere, and it was awesome! It was a super welcoming environment, and Andrew the instructor tailored the class to everyones individual skill level.

Amazing! My girls love the classes and each instructor we've had is great. Megan today was fantastic, so patient and kind. I wish there was a location in Arden, Fletcher or Mills River ?

I do disappointed! Called three times to gather information how to take part in aerial silks for my daughter. No one picked up the phone and give me call back unfortunately, and we have decided to head to that place to talk personally. We drove almost 2 hours from Greenville, SC and when we came she told us she has no room in upcoming the aerial silks class. It made my daughter cry and we left. May be that place gives good lessons but the service we didn’t like.

Valerie is an incredible teacher and I love doing Trapeze here each week. I so appreciate Valerie's patience, humor, and well-structured classes where we build our skills on a given sequence over a few weeks. Having a logical progression really helps us build mastery and confidence and makes it sustainable. I am in my late 30s and hope to be doing Trapeze when I am very very old and impressing myself with feeling youthful, bendy and strong :)I mainly do Trapeze but have tried Lyra with Gillian a few times and Silks with Andrew once, and both instructors are extremely knowledgeable, safety minded, and thorough. My ONE WISH is that Aerial Space had more trapeze and/or Lyra classes. (I respect Silks, but I REALLY prefer the bar-type apparatuses). There are 11 silks classes over 5 days of the week and only 2 each of Trapeze and Lyra on only 1 day of the week each (which is an evening I typically am at work). The Trapeze classes fill quickly and that makes it hard to use my monthly membership where I almost always have 1 class that sadly goes to waste. Even offering something more basic yet trapeze/Lyra focused like a trapeze conditioning or bendy class would be welcomed!~ Anna S.

My sister and I have been loving Aerial Space for several months and are quickly getting more members of the family to join us! Classes are always fun and challenging in the best way. Andrew and Valerie are both gifted teachers—patient and encouraging no matter what level you are at. Highly recommend trying it out!
