Belly Up food truck

Um, YES. I had the potato taco and the one with the shredded pork, and both of them blew me away. Abundant toppings, flavorful tortillas, just the right amount of sassy, garlicky sauce. They're not quite so cheap as the reviews led me to believe -- they were charging $5 or $6/taco, and two tacos left me kind of satisfied but wanting more -- but my mouth was so happy I soon forgot the ache in my wallet. It also helps that they throw in a handful of homemade chips with your tacos.

All the noms. We were at Catawba and they had Belly Up. I decided to get the hamburger taco and my husband got the breakfast taco. The hamburger taco was good and is everything you think it would be. It has a hamburger patty with a great selection of toppings. The pickles were good! Had a nice crunch to it. I don't know what sauce it was, but it was amazing! This taco truck was a winner! I got their shrimp taco and my fiancé got the chicken waffle taco which were both to die for delicious. We often times make plans to visit the truck especially when it's paired with one of our favorite breweries. Great flavors and amazing freshness! Can't wait to go again!
