Honestly this is one of my favorite places, so I’ll definitely be back, but this is the only place I could find to reach management about our visit tonight. The teenagers behind the counter (one guy in a bucket hat and one blonde girl) were obviously friends because they kept ‘roasting’ each other rather than working. They’re teenagers- I get it, I’ve been there for sure, but this is work and not the school hallways. There were 2 couples ahead of us and it took 45 minutes to get get down the line. I’m pregnant and my blood sugar was dropping fast, but it took so long that I had to chug a Fanta to not pass out and then couldn’t eat my food because I was nauseous from waiting so long.I’ll definitely be back, I love this place, but if I owned a business I’d want to know about things like this.

Great place to grab a quick vegan pizzaVegetarian options: All of their crusts are vegan, they have two vegan sauces to choose from, vegan cheese, vegan chorizo, along with lots of great veggies to choose from.

Picked up 3 pizzas. They handed me all three and when I got home, I found that one was actually for someone else. Took it back and they tried to hand it to the person who was still waiting, who appropriately asked for a new one. They tried to hand me the correct one that had been sitting out the whole time, and I asked if they could heat it up. No apology, no discount, no acknowledgment of the error. Teenagers working at the store could not care less. If doing take out, check your order carefully before you leave because the staff doesn't care at all.

The pizza is great as long as you do not have a food allergy. On their menu they advertise allergen free crust,allergen free cheese, allergen free sauce, and toppings which is fantastic. However, if you're worried about cross contamination you should be.We visited 12 minutes after they opened, and there was already a lot of cheese in the chicken, lettuce in the cheese, cheese in the veggies. Just because they start with some allergen free ingredients, it's a free for all within 12 minutes, so I can imagine how contaminated it is after 3 hours. The lady behind the counter did offer to make the pizza in back, but the guilt served about having to do so was pretty thick, which my intellectually disabled son picked up on immediately and had a meltdown. Again, this set up and service would be adequate for most people, but do not trust the allergen free menu or their ability to keep ingredients seperate or clean in general.Dietary restrictions: Do not trust the set up. The entire area can be cross contaminated.

You might want to reconsider before coming here. We've been coming here for many years since they opened and I have to say this is the worst experience. The staff is poorly trained, and as slow as Christmas. It literally took us 20 minutes to get through six people to be able to order our pizza because of how slow the workers work. Whoever is staffing this place does not know how to staff and they put the slowest people on the line. they have one person working in the middle of the line that goes so slow. The others can do six pizzas around her one and the poor customer is sitting there, watching people pass them in line because of how slow she is. Unfortunately, the manager decided to put somebody that slow right in the middle of the line which hurts the productivity of the rest of the workers.
As a teenager who loves pizza, this was easily the best pizza I ever had. I just went here around 8:50 and the service was great. The lady who made my pizza did a great job, the guy who cooked was great as well. Would gladly come here again + workers were very kind. 10/10.

I stopped by to try a couple of the signature pizzas. I had a BOGO coupon. It is a fun process to watch from the dough being formed through the creation of the pie by the pizza makers behind the counter. We had the meat red sauce pie and a white sauce pie. I thought the toppings were standard for signature pies but turns out one can add and/or subtract toppings as one moves through the line. The oven time was quick maybe around 5 minutes. The restaurant was half full and quiet as people happily ate their pie. We took ours to go. Enjoyed both sauces and toppings. Thought the crust was a bit thin and not as crisp as it should be. Definitely not hearty like nearby pizza shops or flatbread pizzas I've had. It does have a niche for the interactive process and multiple toppings one can see, add, and engage with the preparer. Quick oven time and reasonable price point.
