When I tell you I’ve been thinking about our brunch at Bomba for months, I’m not kidding! We are from Atlanta and I’ve pondered several times about booking a weekend trip back to Asheville solely for the purpose of revisiting here. The Cafe con Leche (which has cinnamon) is the best coffee I’ve ever had. French onion soup was also super good, as well as the Cuban sandwich and crab benedict. We will certainly be back.

I used to come to this place a lot and it used to have great coffee, but on my last visit, it seems they changed some of the recipes. I was charged $10 for a small coffee with an expresso with 0 sugar in it. Definitely not worth the money.

Came here on a Sunday morning around 9ish. This restaurant is so small it’s ridiculous. We had a party of 3. Told it would be a 20 minute wait. There’s like only one table in the whole place for more than 2 people. Then the lady behind the counter yelled at us that we needed to get out and wait outside. So we left. It was 20 degrees outside. I’m not waiting out there. Very rude customer service.

Best breakfast in Asheville! The restaurant is super small so be prepared for close seating to other patrons. It was worth it though! Bananas foster French toast was so good! Portions are VERY generous.

This was a different experience for a very small eatery. When I say small I mean small but they cook up some good Cuban dishes. We had brunch. It was very expensive but the food was very tasty. We sat in the enclosed area on the patio and it was comfortable but our table was traveling a bit downhill. We would definitely go back for dinner. $85 for brunch was a bit out of our league. It would be nice to have a glass of water from the faucet but we paid $5 for one bottle of water. Once again, the food was great and we understand with such a small place you must charge a premium price.

We ate on the patio today with the wind guard and heat lamp and it was just the most relaxing breakfast I’ve had with a toddler and my dog. The gentleman helped us get settled and in general the service and ambiance was 11/10 outstanding. Good energy. The jazz music was relaxing. The hot and cold lattes were heaven sent. Food was good. Thank you for helping us start the day off right!

Super solid, delicious breakfast. Everything was made from scratch fresh, from fruits (love the watermelon on the fruit salad) to crepes to fries. Large portions too. I actually felt healthier after eating here ?. Would definitely come back again.

Good little brunch spot, health conscious with great service. Fries were soggy, and needs to be more specific on the menu. The chicken BLT was delicious, however, it had pickles in it was not listed as included. Overall I'm sure other meals are good. Not bad for a first time visit.

Ordered a blue crab dish with Latin flair, wife had a plate that included chicken, rice, arepa, etc. both our dishes were quite bland in flavor for the types of ingredients involved. The saving grace for the meal were the coffee drinks and attentive service. Otherwise, I was disappointed in the variety of ingredients leading to a lackluster result. I would go again to give it another go, but maybe my expectations were too high.
