Great bagels and would’ve tasted even better if I received all of the bagels I ordered. Purchased the half-dozen bagels with cream cheese among with an extra cream cheese. Arrived home and opened the bag to find only 4 of the 6 bagels, not only screwing me on what I paid for but also making the extra cream cheese we tacked on pointless.No receipt included and no desire to drive back out to the location to try making it right.

Seems like the last few times we went there to get our dozen bagels they were smaller than they were in the past. The Bruggers in south Asheville consistently have bigger ones. Still a decent bagel in taste and texture.

I lost my wallet in the parking lot and the manager Lisa went above and beyond to get it back to me! She called my card companies and made sure everything was secure and that I was contacted to be able to get it back. She was so kind and I’m extremely grateful to her for her help, especially since it’s a holiday week and they have been extra busy!

Our go to place for early morning breakfast bagel before a road trip. The team works so hard to be speedy, much appreciated! But something was not right about the plain cream cheese last Sat. It had a strange taste and was gritty. We almost had to throw out our bagels. Please fix it. We really like this place!
Incredibly slow..... But OMG worth the wait!!! If you see a line to get in, stand in it. It's worth it. Such a great value for the money.

Excellent northeastern style bagels down south.Best bagels I've had down here crisp outside,chewy and tasty inside.Huge selection of bagels and breakfast sandwiches.Only thing missing is the classic New Jersey Taylor Ham,egg and cheese on a sesame bagel.
