This place exceeded all expectation. Vibe was amazing. We sat at one of the Foeder tables which was one of the coolest things. Our service and food could not have been better. Our server, Mark, was hands down excellent. Super attentive and accomodating. It was our 10 year anniversary and he brought us complimentary champagne. All in all one of my favorite restaurant experiences!! We will be back

Driving eight hours from Memphis TN to get to good food and good service.After booking a reservation at Cultura and my wife looking at the menu, she was ready for what we were about to get taste buds into.(I don't look at the menu ahead of time. I trust what my wife says.)Starting off with 50% off bottles of wine, I could not resist ordering a bottle from France. It was under the Rose group. To me, it was on the edge of not being a rose. I loved it, though. My wife, not so much.Our meals consisted of l:Boar Belly, my favorite out of the whole experience. Highly recommend ad your last portion.Pretzel bread, which was complimentary. Yummmmmmm.Ahi Tuna, with the charred guacamole and crispy rice. Yesssssss.The salted egg was the least of my favorite out of all these. However, it was all very good.We enjoy good food. Never have a given a review like this.We will definitely repeat this meal when we come back to Asheville. Already in our itinerary.

Went for fondue, they just brought heated bowls, no fire! Meat was way overcooked, very chewy and flavorless. Cheese was soaked into bread so no way to dip any of the vegetables.One in our party is gluten-free, the options they gave him were an embarrassment.Price was too expensive for what we got. Plenty of cocktail and brews for just about anyone’s needs and even mocktails for those who don’t indulge. We enjoyed the tasting menu with wine pairing as well we’re celebrating a big birthday. Each course was amazing but we especially liked the venison. I enjoyed the boar belly and my husband loved the stuffed squid. The wine pairings were a great addition, I only wish they were listed so I could remember what I had. We will come back at some point and eat from the regular menu.

Really disappointing they don’t allow you to modify or move your reservation at all within 12 hour period. Had a delayed flight and they charged us a pretty hefty cancellation fee - only to be told we couldn’t come in with some sort of credit that they charged us, toward a future reservation. I understand they need to plan for reservations but the lack of flexibility does not fit the vibe here. Life is sometimes unpredictable and this restaurant doesn’t empathize. The fee is half of the tasting menu.
