Two of the three breakfasts we ordered were terrible. The meat was uneaten due to off tasting but still had to pay the total amount. Wouldn't go back there if the food was free....

Great food, excellent service. Love coming here for a great burger and wonderful fries. You don't leave hungry. I highly recommend this place for any meal.

A wonderful diner with a HUGE menu, friendly (and quick!) service, and excellent food. Try the Carolina or Bacon burger, and their gyro and Green salad is top!!

Greta place and great food. Mike and his bunch do a great job and in my opinion he has the best hamburger in Asheville

Been coming to this place for 20+ years. It's not fancy. Its not expensive. Its not in the yuppie, addict littered, sections of downtown and Haywood Rd. It is a local diner with good home style food. Great owner and staff that treats Everyone like family. Love their Happy Hill and Buffalo chicken salad, and the Country style steak. Don't forget the biscuits n gravy for breakfast!

This place is one of Asheville's hidden gem's! I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with onion rings and it was delicious. No frozen patties here and it was cooked to perfection. The onion rings were thin and crispy. Make sure to finish off with the hot fudge cake. You will not be disappointed!

Would give it a better rating but I refuse to praise a restaurant with these kind of morals. If you believe all people were created equal despite race creed or orientation then eat somewhere else. The owner encouraged this sick way of thinking.

Dang good spaghetti. Great little local spot. Somebody in the kitchen cares about what they do and that to me is very important. Great service also

My go to for an amazing family setting! I love the food, customers and the lovely family atmosphere! My favorite is the home made bleu cheese dressing on the chicken fingers~ along with the greens! Get out and get some good down home cooking! Make some new friends, meet some old ones~ you will not be disappointed!

Racist owner Racist staff Can I give less than one star Food is ok but it's hard to get past the racism

Edible but wouldn't recommend to a friend. If you ask for turnips/collards, you'll get Spinach. Country ham platter was good enough. Everything else was out of a can or frozen. Hospital food is very similar.

This restaurant is owned by the family who owned 19/23 Drive-In on the edge of the city back in the 1960's.....This is a classic diner that needs to be discovered ... great and fresh diner food and the breakfast is the way my grandmother made it. The BISCUITS are the BEST in WNC. Handmade every morning. I've lived in asheville almost 30 years and this place is a must if you are going for home cooking diner food. It's done like it was 50 years ago!!! Best biscuits for real!!!!
