Was a really fun new place to try! Food was a bit experimental, especially if you’re going all vegetarian, but the details in the menu show a lot of love and care put in. Since the menu rotates so much, we’ll have to go back and try more.

Insane attention to detail in absolutely every aspect, from the staff, to the food, to the cocktails, to the atmosphere, to the ICECUBES.The 'heated outdoor patio' is very warm and the best seats in the house.

My boyfriend and I have been here 3 times times over the last 4 months and we LOVE it! The service is top notch, the drinks are delicious, and the food is amazing! Always get a reservation just in case, especially on Fridays and the weekend. A must go to for travelers and locals.

Best food I’ve ever had dining out. Seriously. And I have a vegan diet. I took my fiancé here after I proposed. They congratulated us on entry because I mentioned it in the reservation notes. We ate in the heated courtyard which I highly recommend even in cold weather. My lady had the Rabbit Wings and she loved it. Was her first time eating rabbit btw. The waitress gladly took pictures of us and we were even served complimentary sparkling wine. We’re from outta town but I couldn’t see us coming to Asheville again and not coming back.Try the Confit Mushrooms. Try the Beets. Thank me later. 10 outta 10.

A west Asheville treasure! The sweet potato cauliflower soup was smooth as silk and full of flavor! The confit mushrooms were outstanding and locally sourced! The trout was perfect! I highly recommend trying Jargon.

Jargon is quickly becoming my favorite restaurant in Asheville. Love the low key charm & the changing local menu. Staff seemed happy and the vibe was relaxed. Great place to go if you want a romantic dinner without enduring the tourist chaos of downtown.

We had the flat iron steak and duck breast. I asked for my steak to be medium and it came out more like medium rare and it was almost cold. The staff was lovely though and promptly got me a new steak cooked medium and it was warm and tasted good. The onion rings were the star of the plate in my opinion though! The duck was underwhelming as well as the chocolate mousse cake, but our chardonnay and other drinks were amazing. All in all, good experience, but the food wasn't as good as we were expecting.
