Worst JJ I’ve ever been to. They say come in and scam your coupon we show up and they don’t have a scanner so we decided to get food anyways. Bread was burnt my sandwich wasn’t what I ordered and same with my boyfriend

Good sandwiches made quickly. Little confusion about what name the pick up order was under. All worked out, order was correct!

Incredibly slow. Came in at 11am and it was mostly empty with just one person in line. The cashier spent a couple of minutes talking to her before taking her order. Then it took over 10 minutes to make our two sandwiches. Freaky fast is not a thing here!

Literally have been waiting for 30 minutes a regular sub. This is terrible literally the slowest service I’ve ever experienced.

Normally, I don’t write reviews as I work in the service industry…Employees were impatient with a horrible attitude. Couldn’t even get two words out without a huff and puff like geez. Two guys treated me with disrespect as I was there, then a woman came into the mix to tellme my sandwich’s were ready. I left feeling weird about the whole situation.

We needed last minute catering for 45 baseball players and coaches and they stepped up 2 days in a row when every other place said give us 24hrs notice. Great job to that Hendersonville team!!

I live less than 15 minutes from jimmy John's. Why can't I get delivery through Doordash? I can get places 30 minutes away. Your sandwiches aren't that perishable!
