Absolutely a joke of a establishment most lazy workers I've ever met as well as I go to get the cheese burger bundle that mind you I've ordered there 3 times with no issues and now I get told I have to use the app to order the bundle and was told the manager said not to sell it without using the app when nowhere on the menu does it say that. And you people want a raise what a joke.

None of the employees wear hair nets, I found hairs in several different sandwich’s that weren’t the same color or length of the two people that were eating it, I tried to call and just get the food replaced, the refused to answer the phone and hung up on me 7 times and then refused to tell me their name or anything this McDonald is ridiculous

Had missing items left out of my bag of food i also paid for 2 bowls 2.00 each for a bowl gravy which wasn't even half full im talking like maybe 3 teaspoonfuls it in each bowl the food was cold an nasty unable to eat it the cashier barely spoke nor understand english it was the worse breakfast i ever had 16.00 wasted they should be ashamed of themselves for allowing things like this to happen and paying the staff as much as they do for them to stand there and act as if customers are a bother

Went at about 1 am ordered two double quarter pounder meals one with only cheese sub a regular bun. I got home to notice that they had put everything that goes on a DQP I called and once I began telling the manager my problem I was hung up on. I called again the manager said she didn’t hang up but I’ve been hung up on multiple times but this store alone. When I got to the store I was greeted by an employee and manager. The manager said “I don’t mind remaking it but I don’t appreciate being cussed at.” Well maam I don’t appreciate my order almost always being wrong when I come to your store and I’m properly mad that I again have to come get my food fixed. The situation escalated and the employee tried to hand the sandwich back and I told them to keep it and the employee threw the sandwich at me as I was leaving. I will be contacting the store for names tomorrow and contacting corporate.

This McDonald's on Leicester highway is always and has always been the best one it is the most comfortable the service is the best of who's the best the location is wonderful I love this place like it's homeVegetarian options: Not many vegetarian options but they are there is the I can't really complain too much being is it's a fast food restaurant in it is supposed to be really cheap as it used to have a dollar menu but it's borderline expensive nowParking: You could never run out of parking in this location there's several places sharing a huge lot and there's no way they can all fit in McDonald's if everyone did Park in every space is privacy to hang with your friends or family or whatever you want to do in that parking lot if you wantKid-friendliness: My kid brother loves this McDonald's in they're always really kind to himWheelchair accessibility: Yes it is easily wheelchair accessible in every entrance
Got the Buy one get one for$1 Big Mac and nugget. They gave gave bag to car in front of me. Customer gave it back . Dude gave me same bag hanging out of window while I was driving up. A HEALTH CODE VIOLATION BECAUSE WAS IN SOMEONES CAR. THEN GIVEN TO ME.Order was cold from the window like it was made 20 minutes before I got there bag was all old and wrinkled like they been threw several cars. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN
