Totally love mod . I visited today and the new girl is still learning . I asked for a ladle to spread my pesto but they laughed and teased about it jokingly. It was a rude as gesture. I called the manager Heather she said her employees like to have fun. No consideration of how I felt at all

This place is filthy dirty. I wish I saw how filthy the dining room was before I ordered the pizza or I would have never ordered anything from this place. There is a back row of bench seats that are falling apart. I was going to sit there until I look between the two seats and it look like I was going to be sitting on top of a garbage can. It appeared that people were lifting the bench seats up and putting their trash underneath and it look like this has been going on for a while. There was so much filth everywhere. My phone stuck to the table. The person serving my pizza appear to be mentally challenged and was having difficulty. That wasn't an issue, I was happy to see this person having a job. My problem was with the rest of the staff that made no effort to help this person that was struggling. They ignored him. One person was on the phone. The other person was standing in front of the oven and did not move from that spot. The pizza was fast and good tasting but I will never come here again.

Got pizza and salad on the app. Brought out to car. That was great. Pizza was terrible. Barely any toppings. And tasted stale. Greek salad was also terrible. Mostly lettuce. 2 garbanzo beans. Dressing tasted days old. Barely any tomatoes or feta. And salad bowl was not full. This place used to be good. So sad it's gone downhill.

I have been to MOD Pizza all over the country. This is the first time I have ordered a MOD size salad and even after I asked for more salad, it was still half the size of the container. Nevermind that when you ask for chicken or tomatoes, they give you the amount you would get if you asked for a house salad plus chicken at a restaurant. 9.99 not including tax, and then of course the guilt tripping tip that we shouldn’t even be paying for because we weren’t actually served beyond making what she showed up to make for anyway and have to compensate for corporations not paying their employees.My MOD sized salad was a HOUSE SALAD SIZE and I paid 12 dollars for it. Never again will I come to this location.

I did not realize there was a MOD Pizza in Asheville, we used to live 5 minutes from one when we lived in South Carolina. We love MOD Pizza and being able to customize our own pies. You can customize from the sauce to the toppings. There are a variety of options available to accommodate any diet. I got a MOD-size pizza with the original crust, red sauce, asiago/feta/mozzarella/parmesan cheeses, pepperoni and sausage, and spinach. The person that was working made my pie a work of art, and it tasted equally amazing. We got a drink and used the blackberry lemonade and sweet tea mixture for a fruity sweet drink. All in all, we had a great experience here.
