The Carnitas (pork) Burrito was full of flavor, the avocado, other fresh ingredients and verde green sauce were all very good. Most of the tortilla was completely burnt, but the parts that weren't tasted so amazing. The onions & peppers were overpowering all the good stuff, but that's just my opinion as Lebowski would say. Service was decent enough, waited at the picnic table area. I'd recommend it, but I didn't have the same 5-star experience as most people have had here. Love the burrito, and the green sauce is so good, I don't care for cilantro and onions so I get the burrito without those and it is beyond delicious.Parking: It's got lots of spaces to park.

They have the best tacos I have ever eaten. The Al Pastor is simply the bomb and the two sauces you get on the side are awesome. The game-changer here for me are the tortillas (one per taco). Unlike most Mexican restaurants, these are handmade and pillow soft like flour even though they are made of corn. Basically, they don't serve the firm "double" tortilla tacos here you will likely get elsewhere.

Unassuming, cash only taco truck off 63 (New Leicester Hwy) that is easy to miss.The sign reads "mejor tacos en Asheville". I'm not planning to tour all of Asheville to compare other tacos, but I would definitely not bet against Rosita's being the best. Their tortillas were legit, the ingredients were fresh and all food is cooked to order. We also availed ourselves to their chicken burrito which I can only describe as "bangin'"!I recommend calling ahead during the lunch window of 11:30-1:30 to minimize your wait, which BTW is totally worth it if you order on site. Looking forward to hitting up Rosita's again the next time we're in town.

A good portion of meat, a big side of salsa, and the tortillas feel handmade.There's a few covered picnic tables which help with both the rain and the sun, and there parking. Just watch for deep potholes.Def worth a stop if you're looking for solid street tacos. I'll be back to get the burrito. They make 'em proper - without rice.

Easy to pass by if you're not looking for it, so make sure you look! Definitely not one you want to miss if you love Mexican food, as I do. I got the burrito carnitas and the fist bite was heavenly. I was only able to eat half, as it was quite hefty so bonus for later! I'll definitely return to try more.
