Expensive and very West Ashevilly if you like that sort of thing. Food did not live up to the other reviews. Not worth the long wait. A glass of wine, Bloody Mary, two entrees. With tip $88.

Great service. The food was amazing. Loved the grits. Chicken and waffle sandwich did not disappoint.

Stuffed French toast was awful and way over priced. Long wait cold coffee. Server was very pleasant ?

Great food and atmosphere!

I absolutely loved the flavorful dishes served here! However, parking is a bit challenging since the spots are limited, and bustling crowds, while great for business, seemed to impact the overall customer service experience. Despite this, I loved the wonderful brunch offered and would highly recommend the huevos rancheros!

50+ yo couple from Camden SC, 2nd visit. We love this place! Food, drinks, Rabbit Hole Bakery, and the garden! We came on a Wednesday around noon (56°) and there was a 30 min wait. We were set up with a text notification, and we visited the bakery and garden while waiting. The rabbit hole bakery has vegan and gluten-free options and a screen porch type area to color or play games (supplies provided). Many flowers, plants, and veggies are labeled in the garden, which I loved! Seated inside (a bit loud for conversation, bustling energy) We ordered the fried green tomato sandwich with fries, coffee, and the Strawberry Basil Mule( basil yum!). We shared these and it was the perfect amount.

My 60 year old ears say it's noisy. We also had a Strawberry Basil Mule cocktail. My wife loved it. It was ok for me.We did enjoy a peacan crusted fired green tomatoe sandwich with maple bacon and fresh hot French fries. Btw the organic ketchup they have here is pleasenty sweet and very tasty. This is not our first visit nor will it be our last. Next time ear plugs lol!Parking: We find a lot across the street from SPC..

Sunny Point came as a recommendation from a friend and we decided to give it a try on a family vacation and we are so glad we did! Absolutely delicious. The breakfast sandwich on the croissant was so good and so was the French toast. My 15-month-old devoured his meal. Unfortunately, my husband did say the coffee wasn’t great and didn’t have much taste, but he did enjoy his meal. Our waitress was very nice and while we ordered she did ask if we wanted to add cheese to our toddlers eggs or avocado to my sandwich and I appreciated the suggestions (even if to upsell). It was slow moving getting a table as we waited outside under the awning in the chilly rain, so I wish that process was better. We were seated in the covered outdoor portion with overhead heaters which was just fine.Overall we really liked the food and would return again when in the area. Very yummy.

Maps said it's been eight years since I've been here? I won't make the mistake of waiting like that again.Vegetarian options: I had the breakfast burrito with tofu chorizo, instead of regular. It was really good.Parking: THE PARKING LOT ACROSS THE STREET IS EMPTY BECAUSE OF PREDATORY TOWING PRACTICES - do NOT park there. Sunny Point's parking lot is very small. There is limited street parking, and a pay for parking lot behind the BAD PLACE. At peak business hours, middays and especially weekends, expect to walk up to a quarter mile if you do not want to pay for parking.

Best breakfast ever. Highly recommend the Bloody Mary, Huevos Rancheros, biscuits and gravy, peach pound cake bites.. That’s all I’ve tried but everything was amazing, and the nicest staff in town.Vegetarian options: There are lots of options, and many dishes that give you veg options. I’m not sure if all of the menu is but all of the food I wanted came with options.Kid-friendliness: Kind, lovely place.
