It was TOO hot inside this establishment for the young employees to be working. Leaving this review to support young workers who were kind, patient, uncomplaining about the incredible heat they worked in while scooping ice cream. It was 85 outdoors and noticeably hotter INSIDE. Please support your sweet workers and get them cool conditions to work in.

It's a really small location, so don't come in expecting to sit down and stay; also, it's burning hot in there. The employees didn't seem to be able to explain whether it was an A/C failure or what. Despite all that, the ice cream is delicious. I had one scoop cookie dough and there was probably two cookies worth of dough in there. Generous! Lot of unique flavors as well if you're into that. Employees were both very friendly, even despite the blazing heat.

This was a perfect pit stop on our bike ride around Asheville. The ice cream was perfectly creamy and a perfect treat?(butter pecan for the win!)
YUMMMMMMM. So good. My friend is an ice cream cookie monster and has it several times a day when we travel bc that's her favorite thing when she travels is to try all the ice cream in town. I'm happy to oblige, lol. So, after an hour in the Asheville Salt Cave, we walked over here to try this ice cream. Two staff inside working, it was incredibly hot inside, were happy to answer questions and greeted us warmly.They had a nice selection of flavors on the wall and a few specialty flavors. My friends went with a salted caramel vanilla and a peanut chocolate flavor. Both were OK but mine was the star of the show for me. I chose the Vanilla Oreo Cream which was this delicious creamy vanilla mixture with huge chunks of Oreo cookies. It was smooth, it was sweet, it was delicious. As a cookies and cream fan, this was top notch. They sell lactaid pills here if you need them, to assist with stomach discomfort from dairy. Smooth and creamy ice creams here with a range of delicious flavors. If we'd had time, we would've stopped in every single day!

The ice cream was good. The guys working didn't seem to excited to be working and weren't very helpful, kind of seem to rush me too. Didn't find anything special about this place. There wasn't any seating to sit and enjoy the ice cream together.

Terrific ice cream but a guy came in and asked for a chocolate cone. The person working there explained they had Belgian chocolate, and it got super weird from there… eventually the guy left and the cashier said "I guess he'll pass" we both had a good chuckle and and even better ice cream

Easily the best ice cream in town and some of the best we’ve tried anywhere. Supper creamy and consistently flavorful. Coffee and chocolate are our favorites. We come here all the time and buy quarts to bring home, which is the best value. Five stars for quality and flavor. I wish they rotated flavors more often and did more seasonal selections, but still worth five stars on only the normal flavors.

Drove 20 minutes there, was so excited because online menu showed soy and almond milk ice cream options…. Nope. Settled for mango sorbet that was just so so. So unfair to get a pregnant girls hopes up like that ?
