Wild Ginger has very fresh, healthy food that tastes amazing. If you've never tried Vietnamese food, it's definitely worth a try! My only issue is the noise level is high in this small restaurant, and the tables are close enough to smell the patchouli of a diner nearby which really set off my husband's allergies. That said, there is outdoor dining and great takeout. The food is so good the above mentioned issues would not deter most people.Vegetarian options: Great choice for veterans. Strict vegans should be aware that while there are plenty of vegan choices, they do cook and serve meat and eggs in their kitchen.

Best pho and yakisoba in all of Asheville hands down. They recently renovated I think because the inside looks cleaner and taken care of. Service is fast and prices are totally worth it. We live here and come to wild ginger every time we want good food that doesn't disappoint. 10/10

The food is excellent and the portionsare very large! The service was great too. The atmosphere feels cramped, you will definitely be able to hear the conversations going on at tables beside you. I'll get to-go in the future.

Great pho, even better mango boba tea. Best boba I've had in this area actually, especially when I'm accustomed to boba on the west coast. Busy Saturday night, every table was full but we still got our food quickly. Cute little establishment, will return!
Absolutely amazing! Not only are the portions huge (we will be eating the leftovers for the next couple of days), but it was beyond delicious. Highly recommend that you save room for the Vietnamese coffee cheesecake at the end- you won't regret it!

My go to place for a bowl of PHO, BANH MI sandwich, or Spring Rolls. Oddly enough this place has some of the best French Fries I have ever had as well. This is an amazing place with fast service and great food. Be prepared for a short wait especially at lunch time.Parking: Small strip center parking lot.
