The absolute best coffee and whole beans I have had anywhere! The only problem is parking.

Nice shop, great atmosphere. Parking is a struggle.Parking: Gotta hunt for parking in Downtown Boone. But that's not Espresso news fault.

I ordered an 8oz Cappuccino with lots of froth, reg milk for in-house and they delivered! The froth was stiff and perfect, the coffee itself was bitter but sweet(?) Good though, a satisfying type of bitter/sweet. I loved it.I then ordered their seasonal Chai Cider w/ Oat Milk and it was SO GOOD!! The baristas strutted their stuff with this gem! The oat milk had such a creamy froth I thought it was regular milk for a sec!Once you get inside it’s wonderful, though the parking is…limited. I got lucky but there are only 4(?) designated spots and with seemingly strict towing for the surround business. I recommend parking elsewhere and walking, highly worth it in my opinion!I would have taken pictures but I drank them too fast ?

Laidback atmosphere, very good coffee and good choice of soups for lunch if you are hungry.

They were out of the pound of coffee I wanted to try and the suggestion the barista made was not good. He was at least friendly, the other barista was snarky. Not my favorite stop, I won't be back.

By far the best coffee shop of NC, quite possibly the best on the east coast. I've been to a lot of places and this one for over 18 years has only gotten better and yet the coffee tastes exactly the same as the first time. Amazing people, atmosphere , and a hub for all things culture in Boone.I will drive 45 minutes from the trail head, past so many starbucks and smaller coffee establishments, just to get so I'm e espresso news.Oh yeah. Try the muffins ...

Eclectic and overall cool coffee shop in an old Ford Motors building. This place is like a little hidden gem we stumbled upon during our recent trip to Boone and we're made multiple trips there already. The staff seems pleasant and the espresso drinks are delicious.

Awesome coffee shop tucked behind king street. We went there 5 days of our 7 day trip and had a very consistent experience regardless of who was making our drinks. Service was fast, coffee was great and their baked goods were yummy too.

Stopped by this cafe in Boone on our way home and it's great! Fast service, and excellent coffee- located right downtown. Very trendy place to get your day started in the mountains!
