Empanadas (Chicken or Beef) Beef was delicious. Best I've had in a long time. Stuffed Potato Ball was tasty I personally would have liked more meat. 2. Plantain (Tostones) were done well personally I'd like them saltier. Now the 2. Pork I'm going to give this establishment the benefit lf the doubt and assume the time I ordered the meal had a part to play in the disappointment it was 1pm after linch rush. Sandwich was mostly like bark and gristle like what may have been left in the pan after rest of meat was cut off pernil. Very tough and hard pieces burnt peices. So sad because it seems like maybe the pernil is seasoned well but i just got the left overs . So maybe be careful what time you order the pernil because if it's after lunch you may end up with scraps. Being a food truck they probably don't cook more then one shoulder so when they may run out after a certain time of day.

At this point I just want to leave. Been waiting for 2 alcapurrias for close to 30 minutes. I could have went to the store bought the damn stuff to make it by now. Jesus.

I’ve had my eye on this food truck for quite awhile. Finally got a chance to go with my husband for lunch and definitely worth it! So very yummy, not a long wait at all! The corn stick with cheese, not at all what I expected, but I’ll be back for that and so much more!
