Next level!!! The al pastor was absolutely phenomenal! It was grilled with pineapple and served on a fresh tortilla alongside roasted scallions, roasted jalapeño, nopales (cactus), radish and lime, as well as two outstanding sauces. So, so good. Our new favorite Mexican food truck!
