Really well appointed and nice decor. Seems like they are adjusting to staffing models. It took 50 minutes for a cobb salad and margherita pizza. Will not return pizza was fair. Also sampled three wine flights.

Ezekiel is amazing. Food was great…. Except for the pear pizza… but the customer service was impeccable and made it worth it: we love, Ezekiel the manager…. Also, let me talk about Jessie….. Jessie the waitress was the best I’ve her had. Jessie was so sweet and kind, also very attentive. We love Jessie.

We always love the service here and the wine flights. Most recently we loved the service from our waitress, Vee. Even though she was on day 3 of employment, she was amazing. We will be back and we will ask for Vee.

Ambience: We chose this place because it was the only one with an available table. The ambiance seemed inviting and cozy from the outside. However, there was a slightly odd fishy smell when we walked in, attributed to scallops being served. While I don't mind this too much, many other restaurants, including sushi places, don't have lingering smells.

Food: We found the food to be subpar. We ordered two pizzas (margherita and butcher), a four cheese board, meatballs, and chicken. The pizzas were mediocre, the cheese board was skimpy, and the meatballs were just okay. No dish stood out as particularly delicious.

Drinks: My friend's drink was very sour and had to be sent back. The wine flights were interesting, and I would recommend visiting this place as a wine bar rather than for the food.

Service: Our server was mostly good. We were told the sour drink would be removed from the bill, but it was still there when the bill arrived, so we had to remind our server.

Automatic Gratuity: Gratuity was already added to our bill, but since it was dark and late, we didn't notice and ended up tipping twice. I dislike when restaurants do this without clear notice, though it's not unique to this place. Buyer beware!

4/5 stars! Our experience was mixed - the zinfandel flight and salmon were excellent, and our waiter was attentive and apologetic. However, the 45-minute wait for food was unacceptable, especially considering the number of diners. While the ambiance was nice, the long wait and lack of compensation (beyond an apology) prevented a perfect score. With more efficient service, this place would shine!

Came here on a Friday night looking to try out some of the wine flights. We arrived at 10:34pm. Upon walking in we were told "everything is closing down" so we couldn't be seated. They close at 11:30 on Fridays - when I asked about this, the waitress replied with "Well, the kitchen is closed". Perhaps she assumed we were just there for food and not wine? Odd, given that this is a wine bar.

I would have been less offended if she told us they were closing down early because it was a slow night (every table was empty except for a two-top). The reviews about poor service do not surprise me.

A wonderful way to wind down after a rough work week. The staff is attentive and works as a team; I sat on the patio (which was shaded, though warm) and each outside staff member made sure to check in as they attended to other tables. The ahi tartare was freshly prepared, the bread soft with a light grilled crunch. The menu has plenty to offer with many tasty options, and the 2oz wine flight was a great pairing without being too much. I look forward to trying more items from the menu.

Beautiful establishment but it will be really great if the waiter washed her hands while touching dogs.

I have been to Fenton numerous times in the past, but I have never been to Cru. This was our choice for dinner prior to a concert and it did not disappoint.
The wine flights are a great idea, the food was on point, and our server was top notch!
If you are in the market for a super cozy place for a date night or small night out, this is your place! The beignets, the potstickers, and the pear and Gorgonzola were absolutely amazing and left us wanting more (because it was so good!). Portion sizes are perfect for sharing - for reference there were 3 adults and an 11-year-old with us and we purchased 3 apps and 1 pizza (plus another pizza specifically for the kiddo). We left full but comfortable.

Usually we get great service here. But recently it’s incredibly slow. Music is very loud, making it hard to have a conversation. A little disappointed.
