Food was good, but employees were not wearing their masks properly. Their noses were constantly out and at times they took off the mask entirely to eat and drink in the middle of serving customers. Prior to the pandemic I was a regular customer and I was excited to see that Fresca was open; however, after the disregard for safety I saw today I will not be coming back. Very disappointed.

Nothing wrong with the food however the issues arose with the employees up front. Neither employee was wearing their mask properly, neither had their mask covering their nose. The blonde lady was constantly messing with her mask and at some points just pulling it down to her chin completely. She also was eating/drinking in the middle of helping customers. As someone who also works in food service that is unacceptable. You should not be touching your face in the first place while you are serving people much less during a health pandemic. I know how stressful serving large amounts of customers can be and sometimes you do need a break to take some water or something, however you don’t pull down your mask when you are two feet away from a customer to do it. These actions are unacceptable in a time like this and are putting other people at risk because of carelessness.

Ordered an iced caramel coffee and requested whipped cream. I also asked for water with ice. When I went to pick up my order the young girl was on the phone telling someone that she had customers and had no time to talk on the phone for a long period of time and didn’t offer to place them on hold. She then began to make my coffee and handed me just iced coffee with caramel no creamer and no whipped cream. When I asked for creamer she handed it over to me to serve myself at that point the cup was filling over and I had to ask for another coffee. As well she forgot to give me water like I asked. They definitely need some help with customer service and preparing coffee.
