Seems like I had a pretty typical experience for this place. I called to order pizza for my office around 10:30 am and asked if I could pick it up at 11:45. They said no problem. I show up at 11:45 but they aren't open even though the hours of operation clearly say 10:30am on the door. An Uber eats driver was also there trying to pick up food. He called and finally got someone on the phone who came and unlocked the door but she stated she hadn't made any pizza yet that morning. We went inside and she checked her orders and said there were none. I checked the number to make sure I had the right location and she confirmed that was the number but the person I spoke with was at a call center and they must have not sent the order to the store. Luckily I had not paid for anything yet so I called another place and they had 4 pizzas for me in 20 minutes. I don't understand how this place stays in business.

Unbelievable that a chain restaurant can act like this!!!! We ordered a SINGLE pizza to be delivered wait time said 30 min(we are a 4 min drive from the restaurant itself).. several phone calls and 2 hours later I decide to drive over to the restaurant where the “manager” says oh I’m so glad you came by I was just getting ready to call you back and then proceeded to tell me i would have had to come pick it up or they could cancel our order and wait 3-5 days to get my refund. Hungry and not wanting to wait for a refund that may or may not happen I ask for the pizza… tell me why she gonna hand me a pizza off a shelf that had no heater no bag just a metal shelf and it’s been sitting there. Unbelievable!!!

This place's decided-upon hours aren't reflected anywhere truthfully. "Apparently" they closed at 6 on 3/28 when I went there on my lunch break at about five after 6. Door and all signage says 10:15, Google says 8. Don't expect this place to serve you if you're there too late to be convenient for them. Food's good, their refusal to follow their own posted hours with no other explanation for it isn't. Better off going somewhere else.

My order was never delivered. Attempted to get in contact with someone to help for 30 minutes as it said it had been delivered. Continously ignored and disconnected over the phone. Finally, went to the store in-person to see my hour and a half old order just sitting there and employees cleaning up to close for the evening (3.5 hours early), yet nobody could take two minutes to tell me where my order was. Manager made it seem like no big deal.While waiting for them to refund my delivery charge and tip, (another 30 minutes despite the empty restaurant) the phone was ringing while everyone was in the back audibly talking about their personal problems. I felt bad for the person on the other end of the phone.Finally, they answered the line for the person calling. She was furious and the manager was on a video chat with a friend while giving me a refund.Worst customer service I've experienced in years.

Several weeks ago, I placed a large order (700.00) with this store several days ahead of time, and they did a superb job with the order, sides I'd asked for (paper plates, jalapenos), and the delivery time. I was off that day, but the feedback from coworkers was all very favorable. Plan to use them again for our next monthly luncheon. Highly recommend this store to others.

Avoid this place. There use to be one person who was great but it's so unreliable now. I place an order online and got a text that the order delivery was out but it never came. I called 7 times and just kept getting looped over from some call center. Once I got through and they said that it was going out the door. It never came. I called and called and couldn't get the actual store to answer. When I talked to the Pizza Hut call center I just asked for my money back, since I had been charged. They said that they couldn't do that and if I can't get through to the store I'd have to drive there and try to talk to someone. This is terrible and honestly not worth the frustration and the likelihood that I'll never get my money back. The company is terrible and doesn't help the customer.

Where is the owner owner of this location? How clueless could you be. Restaurants are not turn key operations. Food was absolutely disgusting. Here is a word of advice from someone dedicated to this industry. If you think that you can just open up a pizza franchise and ignore it you are completely wrong. I am more than willing to let you fail and purchase your location and have a restaurant already laid out for me. Welcome to capitalism.

If I could give it zero ⭐'s I would.I understand being understaffed but when you totally mess my entire order up and then hang up twice in my wife's face that's when we have problems. Since you want to close and lock the doors and not answer my wife's call about how we can get our refund. I figured you could at least clean up the pizza which I chucked at your door. It was in my best interest that you were closed because I was steaming mad.

Do not order from this location! Placed an order at 4:30. Delivery estimated for 6:05, at 7pm still no pizza. Called, waited on hold for 10 minutes, no answer. Drove to the location that now closes at 8pm. Arrived at 7:30pm, doors locked and sign off! I have a hungry group of family on Christmas Eve and now there is nothing open. Angry does not been to cover how I am feeling at the moment. Was able to get a refund from the manager of my money but lost the points used. The worst customer service ever.

Ordered pizza online when the pizza showed up it was the wrong order and cold then I tried calling this location that I ordered from sat on. Repeat message for 15 minutes the first time & 9 minutes the second time, nobody ever picked up the call. Think twice before you order from this location because if you have issues, they will not answer their phone.

I WAS an avid patron of Pizza Hut until my last tragic experience. My pizza was delivered and left on a soaking wet doormat in the pouring rain. The delivery driver never rang the bell or knocked, and I had deselected contactless delivery. I prefer to be handed my food. This location has ruined my entire Pizza Hut experience for life. My children have changed their loyalty to Papa John's, my sister's home where the delivery occurred are disgusted. They have just moved in and now they know where NOT to get pizza. Absolutely disgustig. We both attempted to call the store and were monkey barred through the automated system without ever reaching a human. Papa John's would never....I wish I could select zero stars

Ordered hand tossed pizza and received wheat or gluten crust that tasted like cardboard. Tried calling the store and after 20 minutes finally someone answered. Told them the issue and gave our name and was told we'd be out on hold while looking into, only to wait several minutes and then be hung up on. No callback. Pizza went straight to the trash. Worst pizza and customer service I've experienced. Will not be going to pizza hut in the future and do not recommend.

They use DoorDash to deliver, they don’t tell you they’re going to use DoorDash. DoorDash is one of the worst delivery companies ever, so they naturally left our pizza on the cold front porch without ever alerting us it had arrived. I will never use Pizza Hut again. I tried them 10 years ago and they’re still garbage!
