This place is incredible. Spectacular coal fired pizza, great salad and amazing service. What an experience. We'll be back!!

I have been sitting here for an hour, the sweet tea here strangely tastes just like water no matter how many you order and I still have yet to get my food.

Pizza La Stella has very good pizza. We had the white rucola stella pizza which had tasty arugula and prosciutto with garlic ! For appetizer, we had the honey bourbon brussels which was excellent. Service was outstanding!

Went to Pizza La Stella for lunch and it was excellent. The pizza was great. Gooey cheese, perfect crust and tasty toppings. Even their salad was really good. They also give you a coupon for free wings of it's your first time there. Hopefully will get to have some this week. Definitely a good place to go if you're in the mood for pizza.

My friend and I visited Pizza La Stella in Cary, NC for the first time on 9/12/2019. We were seated promptly and had drinks before we could blink. The gentleman who served us was actually one of the chefs.... Who does this? Since this was our first time at the establishment he went through the menu with us, in great detail answering questions along the way. AMAZING... Once we ordered, our food seemed to arrive quickly. We ordered pizza.. this is what you do when pizza is in the name of the restaurant. LOL. The flavor was great. I will say that I am more of a medium to thick crust pizza lover, but it was good since it is made in a wood-fired oven. My friend dropped some marinara on her blouse and was dabbing it with a napkin and water when our server/chef arrived back at the table. He promptly fetched a small amount of Chardonnay from the bar and a clean towel from the kitchen and gave directions on how to use it to get the stain out. The marinara came right out and left absolutely no residue!!!! Besides our regular server, we had others approach our table to be sure that our needs were totally met. The CUSTOMER SERVICE at this place is SECOND TO NONE. I will certainly be visiting this place again.... soon. I have been informed that they have amazing wings so I can't wait to try them. If you haven't tried this place... go today!

Service was very good - thank you Shay! Very good Neapolitan style pizza!! Nice place a bit loud like a sports bar, but if you like Neapolitan style pizza you won't be disappointed.

The Pizza and Wings are excellent. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the price. Way to expensive for the type of food. My family of 3 left paying $92 (inc tip). If they drop the price on their apps and pizza it would be perfect!

I am HERE for the bacon and bleu wings! If you haven't tried their wings, they are personally one of my favorites in town. They are wood fired so the wing itself has a great flavor. The bacon marmalade and melted Gorgonzola on top really make them pop. I could eat way too many. The pizza is great too! We had the gettin figgy with it on this visit and really liked it! My husband got the limoncello martini and loved it too. They have great drink specials. I love their Brussels sprouts and the cheesy Mac skillet is also a good choice! Bring your appetite. Just don't pass on those wings!

Now where do I even begin...OK, so here goes... We've been meaning to visit Pizza La Stella in Cary for months now - and that thought usually came about as we were driving past on Kildaire Farm Road. We never got around to stopping in due to a variety of reasons, mostly because we reside in Fuquay Varina and we wrongly assumed that Pizza La Stella was just another "me too" pizza and Italian restaurant, thus did not qualify as a destination stop for us. But our luck changed the other day as we had to stop by that shopping center anyway and it was right after 3 PM - so we finally got a chance to try Pizza La Stella. At first we didn't know what to think because we were the only customers, but my wife Jane (the level headed half of our union) reminded me that the lunch hour was long over with and we were in between the crowds. OK - so we looked at the menu and were surprised that there weren't 10,000 items from which to choose from. In the back of our minds, we remembered that some of the best restaurants had limited menus, actually making it easier to choose. We didn't know what to expect - after all, we were "foodies" and had tried dozens of pizza joints. How would this one fare, we mused? I looked over the beer menu to start and right away spotted my favorite beer on draft, a Red Oak brewery Hummingbird (a Bavarian Lager). I started off with that (my wife had water). We then ordered a Margherita pizza and had them add pepperoni and roasted red peppers - all the while wrongly assuming, "OK, so here goes - another "me too" pizza." Initially, upon glancing at the menu, we found it odd that a Pizza restaurant would have just one size pizza - a medium to slightly large 14" size - but that reservation soon flew by the wayside once the pizza arrived at our table - and WOW what a delight it was. The crust was superb, reminiscent of some of the better gourmet wood fired pizza kitchens in New York City. The sauce was sublime and the ingredients were more than just tasteless fillers. Every ingredient had flavor and it was immediately obvious that this was NOT just another Pizza restaurant - this place was special! Granted, my wife and I could have devoured another pizza (which is rare), but we were in a hurry. Folks, keep in mind that I don't get involved in throwing out a series of superficial compliments when it comes to eating establishments. I only do so when they are warranted and I can tell you right now that the pizza at this locale is of gourmet quality. All the way back to Fuquay Varina my wife Jane and I couldn't stop talking about Pizza La Stella and how we'd love to try the other menu items. So guess what? Yes, Pizza La Stella is gladly worth the time and drive and it will become a destination stop for us - and I can't say that about any restaurant. Just writing about it here makes my mouth water. In the end keep in mind that any restaurant or food recommendation is purely subjective and no two folks will have the same tastes. Some will lament (and resent) the fact that large 16-18" pizzas are not available at this location - that's all well and good. But once you sink your fangs into the superb crust of these wood fired pizzas, reinforced by the superb flavorings of various toppings, the thought of larger pizzas will soon go away. Pizza is great! Lunch choices have variety....my ONLY issue is the lunch personal pizza(6inch) is $9.99 with one topping...and an additional $3 for another topping. That's madness....but the atmosphere is good, people were cool, service was quick.

Can't say I'm really impressed with this pizza. The one good thing is the GF crust, although it's undercooked. But there's absolutely NO sauce on this pizza at all. The mushrooms it's like raw ones were thrown on, they're not cooked. And there's just not much flavor, for a $16 small pizza. I could go to Blaze and get a pizza that's much better and cheaper. I honestly had high hopes for this place and it fell short. Maybe I got an off order.

Came in to try their new menus items and could not be happier! My toddler devoured the sweet cheesus Mac and cheese while us adults enjoyed the new wings and pizza styles. Everyone was licking their fingers by the end of the meal 😂 10/10 service and environment. Go to spot in town ♥ï¸
