Bad experience. I only get 1 drink at Starbucks, and it's an iced chai latte with caramel drizzle. I have has it hundreds of times and know exactly how it's suppose to taste. Stuff poured way too much milk/creamer. Little caramel drizzle and it wasn't around the cup, just at the bottom. I didn't complain or make a fuss, as this location looks like it's run by 2 kids. Both talking and chatting, laughing, on their phone, taking a phone call.

Worst experience ever, the two people who worked the morning of October 1st need to be fired. I walked out and watched 2 other people leave the line, while they were showing text messages to each other. I left my wife and daughter for 10 minutes and came back to find the girl had been rude and still not taken their order. All along the people who did stay and paid ahead of us where facing all kinds of problems with their order, this prompted me to avoid the same headache. We love Starbucks, but the staff at this location was completely incompetent.

I wish I could give this place no stars. Staff is rude and stand off ish. If the drinks were even close to the Starbucks standard I would excuse the attitude. Today I ordered a hot latte that was at best luke warm. I didnt trust it so I threw it away. The last thing I need is for someone with an attitude to give me food poisoning. I've been here roughly 6 times and each time it's been a struggle.

Just went in for a coffee I got a white mocha with no whip and a extra shot. She poured way to much milk it tasted like I got sweetened milk and I couldn’t taste the extra shot I get this drink everyday so I know how it’s suppose to taste when I told her she got a attitude and said she only put a dab of milk her co worker asked what she was making she replied what I got and rolled her eyes then when she remade my drink again I watched her pour a bunch of milk in it then put ice in it then poured some of the drink out and added another shot on top so she knew she added to much milk again probably on purpose she was very rude and didn’t care about the customers not to mention she was on her phone the whole time she was taking my order! I will not come back here

Horrible customer service! Lady working there that I assume was the manager, needs to find another job because it's very obvious she hates working with the public. Very rude when asking questions and as others have said, they were out of the first two items my wife ask for. So my wife asked what do you have? I would have walked away, but my wife wanted her Starbucks. With this overpriced coffee, at the very least, customer service should be top priority!

Been a daily regular here for years and this place has plummeted in the past few months. There’s been a lot of turnover and great people have left, and the new people are either poorly trained or just don’t give a crap. I order the same thing every morning, pick it up inside. Today, like many mornings, there were a ton of people waiting and the new people just put the drink on the counter and don’t even call out a name. So you’ve got at least 20 cups (that all look the same!!) sitting there and customers going up and having to touch them all looking for their drinks! Really frustrating to stand there for 20 minutes while my drink just sat there for probably 10. Sorry - I didn’t want to be rude and handle each cup. Sadly, I will have to find a new location. Jason and Katie are incredible, but they’ll be gone too very soon - just poor management.
