My experience here at Carolina Square has been the most amazing so far. Small, minor issues here and there but nothing major. Stuff that I'm sure every complex goes through. I also want to recognize Brittany Nelson, I think she's the assistant manager. Super courteous, overly professional. She's the best.

My roommate sent a report in about our ice maker machine. Today Jeremy so kindly came and fixed it. I am so appreciative of his respect and kindness, as some ice fell on the floor he began to pick it up and I told him not to worry about it but he continued to clean it up . Jeremy was so quick, in and out in 5 minutes!

This place is a colossal rip-off. The extremely frequent turnover in the leasing office is evidence of the poorly run, incompetent management. The rent is the highest in the area, yet the construction is defective, communication is deplorable, and safety/security are nonexistent. There are much better and more affordable options. Do your research.

DO NOT get on their waitlist, it is just the way they grab your money. After you pay application fee and after all current residents already informed the office whether they renew the lease, the office staff still refuse to tell you how many units are available for Fall 2024, and they refuse to tell how many people are ahead of you on the waitlist. But at the time you submit your application for wishlist, they tell you totally different things and make it sound very likely you will get the apt you want. Even now they keep waitlist open for application when there is zero chance of getting anything. It is just a money grabbing game, and is not a trustworthy place to live! Some legal investigation should be conducted for this place!

I absolutely love living at C-Square! I enjoy the location as it is right on Franklin street and close to campus. The apartment complex is very clean and leasing office staff/maintenance are helpful and quick to solve any issues. I will be living at C-Square for my third year as of next year!

I love watching the sunset on the sky deck and trying new food trucks each month! Cionna was patient, inviting and gentle and has since been a friendly face. She made my transition here really easy and I am happy to have met her.
