It's a pretty good pizza place on the corner of Franklin. I did arrive at 2pm so traffic was very light and I got my Bianca very quickly. I was taking it with me, and was asked if I wanted xtra toppings on there which are free. By the time I made it back to hotel, my pizza was lukewarm, which was fine. The Bianca was very good. Delicious pizza. Crappy service. If you are celiac do not try it. No clue regarding gluten free. They have gluten free pizza crust but the guy kept touching his flour laden apron also made my salad after a regular pizza. Put my pizza on the stone rather than a tray with the other glutinous pizzas.

I have really enjoyed the times I have been here. The pizza is good. I really like the sauce and the crust has just the right touch of crispiness. The lunch deals are an awesome price too. Perfect for a late night right before heading home.
