The rice balls are phenomenal and the tea is very tasty! Reasonable prices as well. Stop in for a snack!

The chicken rice balls/onagari are soooo good. My daughters are obsessed with the onagari and tea. But I’m obsessed with the onagari too so sometimes I sneak and get some by myself and eat it in my car. Definitely worth it ?Kid-friendliness: They staff treat kids with all ages with the same customer service they do an adult. My 10 year old can go in and order by herself and come out feeling delighted and treated well.

The restaurant is clean, and you order via kiosk. Our food was awesome. First time I had takoyaki there and I wasn't disappointed. They got a selection of super cute plushies.

SO SLOW. I order rice ball pick up three times here, and every time I have to wait for almost thirty minutes for my food to be ready. There's one time that the person simply forgot to make my order. Boba overpriced as well (you can find better boba at a better price either at Moge or at Tea Hill on Fr. St).

came here for the first time the other night and it will absolutely be the last. the person who greeted us (didn’t catch a name but he was tall with face piercings and curly hair) was rude and acted like he couldn’t be bothered to do his job. i watched an employee grab dirty dishes to make my drink and completely lost my appetite. in general the staff was just rude and inattentive and the restaurant was filthy. do not recommend at all

They routinely do it have my order ready for pick up after I get a message saying it’s ready. Missing items frequently as well. Waited over an hour today for two

Ordered three small rice balls (edamame, spare rib, ginger chicken) and tofu fries for two people. Very filling and a unique food. Order at a kiosk and pick up at the window. Has indoor seating and paid street parking.

Not bad. Tried the onigiri. Would prefer a filling-to-rice ratio that's a little more balanced but that may just be how onigiri is. I don't have a point of comparison. I do like that there's more than one vegan option. Boba tea was okay.

I got a taro milk tea and it was decent. Tapioca was a little too hard for me. I also liked the assam milk tea. Price was okay, and a small was the perfect size for me. Would love to come back and try their rice balls some time.Design on the cup is super cute!

The food is fun to eat but the ingredients seem very low quality. I've ordered chicken, short rib, salmon, and tuna. The protein always has an offer flavor and tastes like it came out of a can. Will not eat here again. The service is always kind of grumpy and disingenuous. The atmosphere is fine.

They had anime and KPop playing the whole time we were there, which I really liked. The only food we enjoyed was the spam onigiri. I would recommend checking with the workers to see if they have all the things “available” on the menu. Before ordering from the kiosk. I ordered a noodle dish, and was informed that they didn’t have any of the noodles, but could offer me a rice dish instead, which was fine. I had been considering that dish originally anyway. Once I got it, the chicken was over fried and it tasted like their fryer oil needed to be changed days prior. Mine and my friend’s teas were not very flavorful, even the lychee jelly was a bit underwhelming. I have had onigiri from one of their other locations and it was delicious. I would probably not go back.

I got the white tea with passion fruit, strawberry, peach and pop strawberries and it was delicious. I would definitely recommend going here if you need a little cool refreshment during the summer

Some food labeled vegan. I know boba tea is generally vegan. However, it was not clear which tea ingredients are vegan because the vegan options weren't labeled there. I was unsure whether the jelly additions contained gelatin. It also may have been unclear whether boba is vegan to a customer not familiar.

Don't buy spicy tuna. IT's from a can! !!! Yuk I think the chicken is from a can as well1 Bad. Great tea, great crab and tempura, great rice. Young unprofessional staff. stared at me for minutes before I got a refund for canned tuna.
