I would give zero stars went out on a Monday place wasn’t even busy. No waitress at the bar even acknowledged us. The only person that was decent was the host at the front who told us to sit at the bar. After the 5th or 6th commercial for Outback I was ready to head over there. I would never go back to this establishment again. If it wasn’t for the host I would have walked out. What drink takes and hour to make pathetic.

Waitress didn’t even want to take our order. Said she would prefer us to just order online. I’m all for qr codes and ordering. When the place is empty and you still don’t want to wait on me. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Personally, I think the quality of food at bdubbs has declined over the last few years. However, yesterday I ordered boneless wings togo and I was pleasantly surprised. The wings were juicy, crispy and hot. They were also sauced extremely well. I would recommend visiting this location and giving them a try.

The absolute worst Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever been to, you walk in the servers are very rude and don’t greet you, say hi or anything. The estimated wait times for orders will say 15-20 minutes but prepare to wait minimum an hour ridiculously long wait times despite there being a whole 3 people currently seated when I went to pick up my order, after the hour long wait for wings more often than not the order is either completely wrong or missing an entire order of wings. In my case I didn’t receive an order of wings even though I still paid for the whole thing. If I could rate it zero stars I would. Go somewhere else.

To start, I came on Tuesday for the deal BWW has on Tuesday’s and ordered one order of 15 wings and 1 order of potato wedges. The worker really told me that my order came out to $71 which makes absolutely no sense. He looks like a new worker as he asked what looked like his manager for help and she on the phone while looking over our order and still tried to convince us that our order was $71. We went back and forth about it because the menu that I was reading read something totally different and she didn’t care and just kept trying to convince us to buy a small order of wings and fries for $71. Last time I checked, a small order of wings and fries doesn’t add even close to $71. Absolutely ridiculous. Never delt with this at the BWW locations in New York and Makes me hate the chain as a whole smh.

My only complaint is that BeatBox isn't on the menu here. Locations in California and Arizona have BeatBox and I wish it was here because it's the perfect beverage paired with wings!

Tasty Treat

Poor Steven! His talent is wasted here. For over an hour I watched this dedicated employee bus tables, take orders, deliver food, remind his nonexistent coworkers to check for food in the window, mix amazing drinks at the bar, settle tabs, and check in with every table on a rush hour lunch all by himself. He maintained a professional and compassionate demeanor in a hellish environment most people would quit without a word. The rest of the staff was unseen except the two minutes it took to refill the ice by the bar. I hope Steven finds a more appreciative employer soon. When he steps away this resturant will crumble. My five stars are only for his service. The food was good. The drinks were delectable. I loved the Moscow Mule, Stawberry Margherita, and Long Island Iced Tea. I felt so bad for him I couldn't order more. Great job Steven. You deserve a raise!

Steven was Superman! That's the only reason for the 5 stars. He was literally running the entire restaurant by himself. Fantastic service. He was assuming the role of Host, Waiter, Bartender, and Server with no help during peak lunch hours and 50ish customers. He needs a raise or at the minimum the combined pay of all of the roles he performed flawlessly.

It's very sad that this company has changed to seating, ordering and cashing yourself out. Very little customer service, no assigned servers. I don't go into a restaurant to order from an app. The company is loosing with no up selling from an app. Then upon cashing yourself out on the app you are still asked for a 20% tip. Clearly cleaning is not happening with next to no staff and your hands stick to the menus.

Several complaints,Did an online pickup order so wasn’t expecting much interaction with the staff, just in and out. When we got there, none of the staff members batted an eye at us and continued to walk right past us several times without asking if we were here to pick up. On top of that, the order was 30 minutes late from the promise time.Secondly, the order was completely wrong. We ordered TWO buffalos, and only one was made correctly. The other was just plain chicken without any sauce.I never like to “Karen” any businesses, but this is unacceptable. Management should be held accountable. We paid for a service and this is what we get in return. Please take your money elsewhere and do not eat here.
