The BEST pizza in Charlotte and even better than a lot of pizza in NY (I'm a native New Yorker). I'm forever grateful to live 10 minutes from here. Always delicious, always fresh and the sauce oooo weee. If you know true Italian food, you know it all starts with the sauce:)

I have been coming to Capriccio Pizza for many years and I have never left a review but I got so sick I threw up. I found a hair baked into the pizza. Also, the food quality for some reason has gone down not sure if it's a new chef or what but the pizza and spaghetti with meatballs have not been the same for a few months.

Consistently good take out. This is a family favorite. We haven't had a bad meal. The Boscaiola is my favorite. The breaded chicken in the Marsala is so very tender, no knife needed.

The food was very good. I got the ravioli in creamy pesto sauce, and my wife got the seafood combo.Both were worth the money, and were delicious. The seafood combo especially was a heaping platter of food.The fried mozzarella appetizer was good too. Just be sure to ask for marinara — they normally serve it with the house sauce, which I didn't care for.

I had a great meal of stuffed shells with meat sauce and they were delicious!
My husband and I have eaten here often over the years. While yes the food is good we go here more for convenience. I truly value customer service and tonight it was subpar. There was quite a line this evening and while I waited in line with my daughter, a lady walked in skipped the line, stood to the side and caught the cashier, whom I believe is a family member of the restaurant, asked her what her name was. I spoke up , along with the customer in front of me and said excuse me she just skipped the line. The lady continued to stand there, looked at me and said sorr (didn't go back to the end of the line) and the cashier apologized and said sorry I can't see who cuts the line and passed her food over the counter. The customer checking out told him he was wrong for that since customers told him. I got to the front and told him that I was disappointed that he did that, he said the same thing to me, that he didn't see anything. I said yeah I told you though and he shrugged his shoulders and said sorry (not in a very confirming way) I told him to scratch my order, customer service means something.

Not gonna lie, one of the worst meals I've had in a while. Chicken parm was bland, Alfredo was bland, even the soup of the day tasted watered down. The only decent item we got was the clams and the ceasar salad. Was a learning

This is one of those Italian restaurants tucked in a plaza that unless leadership changes you can't go wrong with. I have never had a bad meal from here and that saying a lot in Charlotte!

Moved to Charlotte 6 years ago and I’ve been on the hunt for the best Pizza. I have finally found it!!! This place is a 10/10 on all there food and reminds me of the pizza my mom use to make on her restaurant. The staff is very friendly and also place is clean. Cant recommend Capriccio’s enough!!
