Delicious food. Eggplant parmesan is a must try. The service is rather slow. It took a while for the wait staff to come by, take an order, get a check. I don't think they stopped by to ask how the food was. This restaurant is new and attached to Aria, which is its sister restaurant. They even share silverware and plates and you need to go to Aria hostess to have your parking ticket validated. However, unlike Aria, they do not offer a discount for the Belk Theater ticket holders.

I cannot say enough great things about Cicchetti. The wine selection was amazing. Something for every budget. The menu was unique and interesting. The food was so delicious!!! Our waiter was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Overall an amazing experience.

We decided to dine here for Valentine's Day. The location wasn't overcrowded which was awesome. The restaurant is minimalistic but cozy. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience from the food to the service. We had Lucky as a server and I highly recommend him if you can get him. Lucky was able to help us navigate the menu and make fantastic suggestions. The lamb meatballs , chefs kiss!! We look forward to going back and trying it again.

The eggplant parm was incredible!! I would go back just for that. The waitress was so helpful in explaining the menu and helping us decide what we wanted. The food was delicious, and I loved my cocktail!

So first time going, probably the last. Upon entering, the blonde bartender was very short with us with her can I help you, we close in 30 minutes in a nasty tone. Ummm if it's like that then don't accept reservations after a certain time. We had a reservation and were on time if not early. She was very unwelcoming. Our server was wonderful and he tried to apologize for her but still 1st impressions are everything. I give 3 stars to average it out because of him but just my experience with the blonde chick, zero stars. I'd rather patronize businesses that act like they want customers.

I ran across this place after attending a hornets game. I am still in disbelief of the service initially received when I walked in. Unfortunately, not a warm friendly welcome but instead it was immediately expressed they were short staff with attitude by the lady who was managing the bar and assumed hostess. I actually had a reservation so I was thrown off by the attitude and unwillingness to seat us. Irwin (one of the servers) did come to the rescue to salvage what he could. I hope if higher management reads this, maybe reconsider your management and consider moving up Irwin. Despite this horrible experience, I admired his efforts. I hope customer service can be improved, seems like a lot of potential.

The cutest wine shop & tapas in Charlotte! The wine selection is incredible. You must get the bruschetta and oysters. We'll definitely be back for another date night!

Cicchetti is a wonderful new addition to uptown Charlotte. Right in the center at Trade and Tryon, this is the small plates extension of Aria. High quality food with great flavor! Oh, and it's a wine shop, too! So, no full bottles on the menu, just peruse the shop and select your bottle. Robin was rocking it the Sat night my wife and me visited - she was the maitre d', head server, sommelier, and tending bar - and, she did it all very well. Extremely convenient for performances in the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center (Belk Theater, Booth Playhouse, or The Stage Door Theater) as they are all in the same building complex. We may book a show just to come back to eat at Ciccheti!!

The wine and the small plates were sooooo good. Everything was so unique and filling. Irvin, our server, was so accommodating and amazing at recommendations. He made sure our entire experience was comfortable and enjoyable. Best service everrrr!!!

We had the best time! An elegant, upscale restaurant with the BEST food. We got a few different dishes for the table and our top favorites were the scallops and fries! We had the BEST waiter - Lucky. He went above and beyond and was so attentive and outgoing. Definitely will be returning!

Full bar. Erwin makes a mean dirty martini. On his suggestion, I tried the Ragu Modenese. It did not disappoint. With one bite I was transported back to Italy.

First 5 that I think I have given°!! Super cute location and delicious food! Robin was our server and she was lovely! She was attentive, welcoming, knowledgeable and just all around nice!Parking is a bit of a fuss but once you get there is has a unique vibe combining date night vibes and great after work with coworkers meeting vibe. Close to everything uptown and attached to Aria Restaurant, which is delicious also!Recommend making a reservation bc it is a smaller location.Great selection of wines. ? By bottle or glass!Hidden gem in Charlotte!

The interior is very nice. We had a few bites before a concert. Everything was very tasty, but the 1 scallop appetizer was definitely overpriced. Robin, our server was very friendly and attentive. The concept is similar to Foxcroft wine bar, where you can also grab a bottle of wine from the shelf.
