Fujiyama Restaurant Charlotte

This place has been in business for over 20 years and I totally understand why. The food is consistently delicious and made with love by the owner. The son runs the register and is so happy and helpful every time we go. Always a pleasant experience with Korean and Japanese options. I love their vegetarian bibimbop! Tempura chicken pictured below, my bf loves it!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian bibimbop, veterinarian teriyaki, vegetarian tempura, side salad and miso soup.

This restaurant is tucked in a cute little alleyway in uptown Charlotte. It has a variety of teriyaki with meats and specialty entrees. The portion was good but I really wished I had more of the side of veggies that was included with a meal. The chicken and ribeye teriyaki was flavorful and moist. The chicken katsu was breaded and fried to a crisp perfection. Overall, a decent lunch spot. My pup also seemed to enjoy the smells and snacks.

Delicious food, super generous portions, unbeatable prices - if I lived in Charlotte I'd eat here every day!! The food came out really quickly, and the people working there are so nice. In Lady Gaga's words: talented, brilliant, incredible, amazing, show stopping, spectacular Too busy inhaling the food to take a picture but my mom and I got the bulgogi, my dad got the seafood teriyaki, my sister got the bibimbap, and our food came with rice and salads and miso soups. Yum yum yum
