Must be new owners. They had no idea how to run the drive through. Somehow they didn't have my order and had to wait a while for them to sort out the problem. Food was made properly though.

I just wanted to write a quick review about a very nice lady who worked at the Jack-in-the-Box window. I believe her name was Rebecca she had black hair really nice glasses. I just want to say that Miss Rebecca deserves a raise because She was super friendly and Did not forget my sauce. Everyone else was super rude including the manager.Respectfully Jane!

They were out of everything that I tried to order.No smash burgersNo cinnamon french toast sticksNo regular french toast sticksNo marinaraFinally I was able to get a regular cheeseburger and ham and cheese breakfast sandwich for my husband and daughter. They enjoyed the food. I didnt get anything for myself because I only eat their eggrolls. The person at the drive through sounded as if they did not want to be at work. I am not saying he had to gice chik fila service but at least be a little more lively.
Its 2:45am the place closes at 4am why are they only accepting door dash. Then im stuck in this line with dashers in front and behind me waiting what is now 20 minutes on my lunch break for food im not getting because people wanna be lazy.

The girl with the purple hair acts like she owns the store. When I pulled off I realized my fries were cold. When i got back to the window I intended to have them fix me a fresh hot batch of fries but the girls attitude sucked. She told me that I ate most of the fries. A few other things were said that I do not care to go into. After she took me through red tape, at that point I asked for a refund. she called her manager on the phone in front of me and then said that since I ate half of the fries the manager advised her to give me half of a refund. Keep in mind it was a small fry so there were never a lot of fries in the bag to began with. To make long story short I was not about to go back and forth with her over a few dollars. I had already said what I said and was over it. Very rude. Wont be eatting at that location again.

There are a few Jack-in-the-Box‘s in this part of Charlotte but this is the first one that hasn’t burned my food or gotten my order altogether wrong. I love the extensive menu but would probably buy my iced coffee elsewhere as the standard recipe is pretty milky. BUT if I don’t have the time, I will buy an extra black coffee and mix the two together and problem solved!!!
