Only saw Lemon Bar for non-dairy, but tried it despite not being a huge fan of lemon. It was still really nice to have an option. So many yummy flavors though.

Customer Service was missing. We waited behind 2 other customers and until it became our turn, then when it did, the man who walked in behind us skirted up to the cash register to buy something from the fridge behind the cash…and the employee and simply left us waiting because it the other person was “contemplating” which cream to buy.
They both looked at us knowing he just jumped ahead, but no one cared. We were stunned and ended up just walking out. That was the first and last time we will visit that ice cream shop. Manners were non-existent.

They have several wonderful flavors to choose from. Unfortunately for me, they only offer non-dairy options with coconut. It would be nice to see one or two options that was non-dairy made without coconut. Seems to get harder to find! The fam was able to enjoy their ice cream. Reviews, they stated it was creamy and delicious!

Today, my daughter and I waited in line for almost twenty minutes to place an order while only one employee scooped ice cream. The other worker walked around the store, checked items on a list, filled a dog bowl (there were no dogs there), pulled up a door mat, etc. while 6 people waited in line. It seemed very odd as though she was trying to do anything other than wait on customers. This was the second time the service at this location was extremely slow.

While ordering, I accidentally set my cell phone down. One employee (Latta) found it but did not ask if it was mine. Instead, she whispered to another employee (nice cashier with braids) and handed it off secretly while looking at me.
Because of that, I left the store without my phone, walked to my car, and then had to walk back — only then did another employee politely return it to me. This wasted my time and left me feeling clearly discriminated against. Rather than treating me with respect and simply asking, “Did you lose a phone?”, the assumption seemed to be that it could not have been mine or that I might try to steal it.
I appreciate the kindness of the cashier who returned my phone, but I want to be clear: no customer should be made to feel this way. I hope this matter will be addressed so that all customers are treated with fairness and respect.

We are die hard Jeni's lovers! I was so excited to try the new strawberry pretzel pie. Did something happen with their scoop sizes? They were sooo small. My husband and I each got the 3 half scoops. With tax it was $19. So disappointing!!!!!

My husband and daughter just returned from getting ice cream, and I wanted to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service they received. The gentleman working around 9:00 PM on 6/23/25 did a phenomenal job!
My husband was genuinely impressed by how calm, patient, and attentive he was with each customer. Despite what seemed like a busy evening, he made sure to acknowledge every person and never made anyone feel rushed. It’s rare to see that level of care and professionalism—great job! I can say the same for every person that was working when i came!
Customer service like this truly makes a difference. Keep up the awesome work!

Just updating this review! I now met Will! This location really knows what they’re doing when it comes to hiring the most energetic, kind hearted employees! Will was so sweet to me, he has great conversation that made my whole experience top tier. I get excited to come back to this location in hopes I get to see either of these guys! Best ice cream and best service. :)
