This place can NEVER get an order right. Most recently I was charged for an orange juice I didn’t order. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, she huffed and walked away. I had to go inside the restaurant to request my money back, and the manager would not even address me. Instead, she turned her coworker, and started yelling at her, “get this lady out of here, I don’t care, I’ve been here since this morning, give her what she wants!” In what world is that an appropriate reaction to you messing up my order? I drive 15 minutes out of my way just so I don’t have to go here.

I placed an online order through the McDonald’s mobile app. I come through the drive through and wait for about 7 minutes with no response. I drive through again, no response. Finally I walk into the door and see a lady inside cleaning, I call for her attention and she walks away in the back. At this point I don’t care for my food and I just want my money back. Finally the lady comes back and says they are closed and that she cannot push a refund through, but that it will come back in 12 hours by itself. Mind you the door, website, and app all say the drive through is open 24 hours.

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to in my entire life I received food with hair in also the last time I was there they gave me a issue because I said something about a guy not having gloves on an touching food an bc I asked for sauce I went thru the drive thru the person talking was so rude an my fries were soggy an I found three pieces of hair in my food I came back a second time bc I thought maybe they will do better this time but nope absolutely horrible I do not recommend this is ridiculous an don’t bother calling bc they hang up on you !! People should not be working if there not happy or wanting to be good abt doing there job this is unacceptable !!

*Update: I placed a mobile order to this McDonalds last night and after seeing multiple people leave the drive-thru like because of their order being ignored, I drove around to the window to see what was going on and to get my mobile order. I was met by a very tired woman who claimed she was the only one there and that she would no longer be taking any more orders. Even though mine was mobile ordered, she said she was not making any more food.*By far the worst McDonald’s in the entire Charlotte area. Everyone at night shift absolutely dreads their job and takes it out on the customers by purposely not taking their orders and/or not giving you the right food. It’s an absolute mess. I’ve never had a good experience here. If you can avoid, please do. It will save you so much time and frustration. I’ve currently been here for almost an hour waiting to get the right food.

There needs to be some management changes in this store and I hope corporate reads this review. McDonald's is an American staple and we can't find good people who want to work.

Kim and 2 other workers who refused to take our order wanted us to go back around the drive thru after waiting 5 minutes at the 2nd lane speaker and no one took our order. Ill be reporting all 3 of them to corporate3 people at the window but no one can take an order. On top of everything the girls at the window refuse to give us their name and pick up an attitude.
