A little bit of kismet today! Found, quite serendipitously this cute little restaurant in Charlotte. Owner was super friendly and attended to our every need. I had a delicious wrap made with the freshest ingredients (hummus, spinach, red peppers, cucumbers, chicken, feta cheese, kalamata olives) in a spinach wrap. It came with a quite large side salad (my choice from many) topped with fresh, homemade ranch (no bottled dressings). So happy we found this little gem!
Really good and quick. The people were nice. I walked a mile from my hotel so I wouldn't have to eat fast food. Totally worth it. PS best chocolate cookie I've ever had. So good I had 2.

We did not want a chain as we headed out of. Charlotte Douglas airport. This restaurant came up on a search. We were truly surprised. Off the beaten path with no signage on the main road but an up to date menu lots of variety and good service. Everything was super fresh. I had a chef salad. Homemade Ranch dressing. Tea and a homemade cookie.
