Don't bother. Staff don't acknowledge you. Your order says it's complete on the app but the staff can't find it. It's been over an hour and they are just now remaking it.The store is full of customers with the same issue including door dash drivers with half orders standing here getting cold.

Way too much cheese on the pizzas, and I didn’t ask for extra cheese. So much cheese that the cheese at the bottom layer wasn’t even cooked.Also front door was shattered and boards placed over it. Lastly the service was very poor slow to help get me my order. Overall review option, order dominos, Pizza Hut or get a frozen pizza at the grocery store.

This location is hell! Everytime I order from this location , the food and service is bad!! Part of my order was a Shaq-a-Roni Pizza and I got a regular large Pepperoni! Could have at least added more pepperoni and more cheese, since it wasn't the XL! I will be sure to change the location thru the App and drive a little

I ordered an xl pizza around 10-10:30pm last night. It said the delivery time was 11:15pm. Then it kept changing. Well when it got to 11:35pm I started calling. They never answered. The pizza was delivered at 12:15am This was my first and last time ordering from them. To add insult to injury, I received a text message saying due to their under performance, I could take 50% off my next order. Really??? I think not. You only get one chance for bad customer service with me. I DO NOT suggest this location, maybe try another because the pizza wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t hot. It was like they made it and it set under lights. $35 spent. Now I know better and you do too.

Have been going here for years, but recently it has gone way down hill. The guys inside won’t come to the drive thru window for 5-10 minutes even with customers waiting in line. No one ever answers the phone. Terrible service. Take your money elsewhere.

This has to be the worst pizza I have ever gotten… it was overloaded with sauce and cheese. The crust wasn’t cooked all the way under the sauce nor was the overload of cheese melted. I ordered the pizza well done and still got under cooked. The service however was good and the gentleman was nice at the drive through. I never order Papa John’s and this was out of convenience and I will not order again
Give them another try!I ordered october 2 2023. Something has dramatically changed about this location. Used to be one of the worst PJ locations, now it’s made a total 180. Pizza was delicious and came extremely fast.Would be 5 stars, but the delivery driver didn’t knock on my door or ring the doorbell, just left it on the ground.No clue what happened, but what an amazing improvement! Did yall get on Kitchen Nightmares or something? Keep up the good work.

UPDATE FROM 2 YEARS AGO. .Tried this location again after 2 years and a few months ago, it got better, but tried to order via carryout tonight and there is a 2 hour wait...for carryout!!!...this location is again spiraling downhill. So they got better for 4 months then back to the same old way. Badly made pizzas and hours of waiting. I went to the Mt. Holly Calabridge location and they were awesome!!! Will order thru that location from now on. Freedom Drive...just close your doors!!!!DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. I have made my very last order to this store. When you place your order they do not give you the time of when your order will be ready until after you have paid for it. My order was scheduled to be ready in 2.5 hours!!! Unbelievable that a company cannot do a better job at making food than this. Never ever again will I do business here. Also, after placing my order I tried calling the store....I am still on hold and no one will answer the phone. Been on hold an hour. I guess no call in orders are being accepted. They have my money but refuse to answer a simple phone call. This store and management does not have it together to be in business. They need to close the doors.
