Worst Potbelly I have ever seen. Totally unorganized and slow. Ingredients station was completely messed up, sauces and ingredients everywhere mixed up.Cashier guy pants was down to he’s knees and everyone can see his boxers.

Wait was a bit long but good came out super fast! Was pleasantly surprised how delicious it was !! Meat was super fresh as was the bread, ordered the “works” all the meats !!

We ran off a connecting flight and were in line at 9:36pm. Woman comes up to us and said, “we’re closed… last customer is the one in front of you.” Potbelly is published as closing at 10pm. We asked nicely if they could make us our sandwiches as I’m pregnant and was connecting on a long flight to London and the options at the airport were so limited. She said no and sent us on our way. Please don’t advertise a 10pm closing if you’re not open until 10pm.

First timer… and I loved it.. I ordered a Chicken Cub Sandwich.. with extra Avocado and Italian seasoning…. Amazing, toasty..mmm; great way to spend a layover ?; keep it up guys !!

Was between flights at Charlotte, stumbled across the place on the way to our gate. Ordered 2 small turkey sandwiches, they were totally unorganized and non receptive. Was way off on our orders, and were unable to print the receipts. When I was charged $37.15 for 2 small sandwiches, and 2 bags of potato chips. Way off from my calculations looking at the menu, asked for a receipt and was told the printer was broken, so I couldn't get a breakdown of what I was really charged. Watch these guys!

These guys working in this sandwich shop were totally unorganized and very slow in what they were doing. There was a line waiting to order and people left it, cause it took too long for them, but I had the time till my flight was boarding, so I waited. After about 20 minutes it was finally my turn. I ordered a veggie melt sub with everything on it. It didn’t look good, but it tasted decent. In my opinion they need to improve their processes.

I rarely share my opinion, but I believe this may be beneficial. This is my third time to this Pot Belly's location within the CLT airport. Each time I stood in line to order a chocolate shake. Each time I was informed they do not have the items/ingredients for shakes. My suggestion, take if off of the menu.

I wonder if employers know what kind of employees they are hiring. The woman making my sandwich clearly looks like she doesn't want to work and doesn't like seeing customers coming. Rude body language and after I asked for the breakfast sandwich to be vegetarian, she didn't look or nod or acknowledged, so I said it twice.Then she rudely says," I heard you the first time, you wan your sandwich or not?".

Airport food is typically pretty bad. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the salad - Chicken Apple Walnut. It was filled with fruit - real apple and grapes along with dried cranberries and candied walnuts. The chicken was so tender I could barely get it on my fork. I highly recommend this place in the Charlotte airport
The bread and the veggies are lacking in flavor, even with additional condiments to help enhance the taste. If you are dying of hunger and have a coupon or a gift card the food will not kill you. But if you want to taste your food and enjoy your meal, I would not recommend eating here. The people making my sandwich were lovely humans, but the quality of the ingredients will prevent me from returning.

I ordered a sandwich and milk shake. The milkshake I was given had literally been sitting in the freezer for a while.Not a single person there smiled or seemed friendly.The sandwich I ordered was fine.

Love Potbelly and this place is better than pretty much anything else in the airport. Service was a little slow and they didn’t cut the sandwich in half like they’re supposed to do. Everything was fresh though and the employees were nice even if not fully trained.
Believe you me, these people make great sandwiches. Healthy sandwiches! I get the A Wreck every time I come though Charlotte and I've never been disappointed.

So glad my husband and I stumbled across this place at the airport in between flights. His sandwich was so delicious, I wanted to eat his food! I got a salad and it was so good too. We fly out of here 1 or 2 times a year and actually can't wait to order from there again! We will definitely try out more food from here! The employees were super nice too!
