Don't bother placing a mobile order here, they can't follow instructions and make a sandwich according to the order. One the subs was completely incorrect, had nothing on it that was asked. Didn't have to drive back to get it corrected. Don't recommend this location.

Multiple times we have tried to go and order food at this location in the evening around 6 to 7pm. And even though your website States that you are open until 8 PM you are always closed. I understand if you need to close earlier however maybe you should update your website daily so that patrons don't come out unnecessarily

What can I say that hasn't been said? Read the other reviews. They're rude. They screw up your order, they don't accept any Subway promotions. I went on 09-27-21. I ordered a sandwich and paid extra for fresh mozzarella. In addition to not accepting promotions and not providing good service, this location doesn't carry the fresh mozzarella. Since I ordered online, I didn't realize this until I returned to work. I called them. I expected an apology and at minimum a refund for the upcharge for the mozzarella. Rather than that I was told that they don't carry that product and that I was not getting a refund ($1.50 I believe). I was shocked. He told me he didn't give me what i wanted and he wasn't giving my money back. I thought I was being punked. I wanted to support them because it seemed to be a family running this location. STAY AWAY BECAUSE THEY ARE EXTRMELY RUDE AND WILL SCREW YOU OVER WITHOUT REMORSE.

Beware that this location does not accept coupons anymore. I've never had any issues with this establishment before and they accepted a coupon a few weeks ago when I visited, but today I went in and ordered way more food than I normally do only because I had a coupon. At check out I was told they no longer accept coupons! So I had to pay full price for all this food that I only ordered because I thought I'd get it cheaper. I could understand if this was a location inside a mall or business, but this is a stand alone restaurant and they decided to change their rules just because they could I guess.

Amazingly great staff, true sandwich artists. They catered to my taste buds and delivered a 5* atmosphere. Clean place, food tasted fresh and very polite. Will eat here again

Tiny sandwich with little to no meat. No more $5 foot long, they said things change. Got a half sub that was the size of the palm of my hand. For $12 I'll go to firehouse or jersey Mike's even Publix and Harris teeter is better than that at least a drink and chips would come with it. Never. Again!
