My first visit {11/3/2018} at The Packhouse deserves all 5 stars that I'm giving! I must say I had no knowledge of what to expect when walking in but was certainly blown away. My friend had shared with me via text, "oh you will love this place when you get here" so I knew it had to be amazing! Recently at the Yelp Goes Gatsby event a gracious young lady approached my friend and I and gave us business card for restaurant that she managed. One of the cards was Packhouse a place that I have been wanting to go to since they opened. The business card also offered a discount on my meal. So that morning I decided I would try them out and brought my best friend and fellow Yelper with me to check them out. I'm really sad the packhouse changed their menu! They seem to be focusing more on large plates/dinner v apps and lunch, but I was really disappointed to see the shrimp burgers and hush puppies no longer there. Food and service are still fine, but I don't find myself craving anything on the menu, especially with all the options in Charlotte
