Fantastic restaurant. Head chef Vince Giancarlo is successful at choosing recipes, fusing multiple styles of cooking, and executing great presentation for his dishes. He has so many ideas that his menu change with the seasons, and are a welcome change for sure!The steampunk atmosphere is great, their cocktails are delicious and unique (never thought a miso martini would be delicious but I was proven wrong!), and the decor is sophisticated and modern.The staff are super hospitable and kind.

I was in Charlotte visiting my daughter and decided to try something new and different. The service was great the band was great. The food was terrible. We are there on Friday night and I was sick all weekend. I am sure it was food poisoning. That's the only thing I ate on Friday and it was almost immediate. I drove back to SC sick. I dont mind paying the $80, for 2 burgers 2 drinks and an appetizer but to get so sick was awful.

Atmosphere is good but loud. Visited on on Saturday 8/15/20 and the service was terrible. Our waitress was training a new girl and it took forever to get drinks, appetizers, and then regular food. Would have forgot our entree order if we did not tell her we didn't order yet. If they are training the new staff this way then there is not much hope for the service here going forward.Half of our food was good (Carrots, Mac and Cheese, Pulled Pork) but the other half was terrible (Hushpuppies, Cornbread, slaw, burger). The bread items were dry, lacked any taste (like dry cardboard), the burger was dense with no juice to it, and the slaw was pure vinegar with not contrasting flavor (basically pickled shredded vegetables). We were checking this restaurant out with a friend to see how it was and I would say I will never go back again. This restaurant ranks a D at best.

My friend is visiting charlotte and asked me if I had any restaurant recommendations. I recommended Zeppelin so she made a reservation for tonight (08/11/20) and when she arrived at the restaurant it was closed. They apparently now have a small sign outside that says "new hours Thursday Friday Saturday." Just posting this so it does not happen to anyone else. Hopefully someone at Zeppelin sees this and changes their hours online and with openable so they do not ruin anyone else's night.

Love the vibe of this place. Have enjoyed and sampled a lot of the food as well as many of the specialty cocktails. You can tell the bartenders really enjoy the creativity of the types of drinks they make. They also have seasonal dishes.

Great service and drinks. A little disappointed that they got rid of a lot of the menu choices that were there last year such as the Fried chicken over corn. Really thought that was a staple food for Zeppelins. Other than that great place.

Not sure how I've missed this place. Delicious, ever changing, tapas menu with some larger dishes too. Craft cocktails are amazing. They have a great mixture of old school and new cocktails. Located next door to Bang Bang burgers.
