I visited Chipotle November 1, 2025 in the evening. They were understaffed and busy. The closing manager was running the whole line and cashing us out. He did an amazing job taking care of us and even gave me a sample to make sure I liked what I was ordering. Props to the manager who was working. God bless brother!

I ordered chipotle this evening. Upon returning home, noticed there was a bowl that was not with my order placed in the bag and one of my bowls were missing. When I got back to the restaurant to explain, the cashier did not greet me and instead she just stared at me. The manager I believe, was near by and I explained what happened. Him and the women working the drive through window were nice, fixed the mistake and gave me free guac. I got back home, started to eat my bowl and found a hair in my bowl.

Despite the bad reviews, I ate here today. I hope my good experience was the result of some positive changes at this location and not just due to the fact that I was here at a non-peak time, but the restaurant was clean and my portion size was actually larger than what I have experienced at most other locations. Let’s hope this continues!

Extremely small portions. When I asked for a full scoop since I got less than half a normal scoop, they all were in shock and didn't know what to do. The manager had to be called over, and still didn't know what to do. They act like it's coming out of their paycheck. I'd avoid this location, I've never once had an issue at any Chipotle before in the USA.

Poor portion sizes. Was given half portions of chicken on both bowls ordered and when I asked for a whole scoop, the kid dismissed my concern and charged me for an extra scoop. Kid continued to ignore all my requests and concerns and I'm leaving unsatisfied. Should have just walked out of the store without the food. Won't be back to this location

This is the worst chipotle ever! Their chips are ALWAYS stale, meat & rice is dry. Thank God they're building a chipotle in flowers so I can stop having to go to this location when I don't feel like going to Garner.

The best part about my visit to this Chipotle were the staff. The worst part was the food or lack thereof. Although I only wanted rice, cheese and chicken, I think a little more protein would have been appropriate. I think I will start back going to the Smithfield location.

Usually we’ve never had a problem with this location! Tonight we got our usual meal from DoorDash and the employees never added my quesadilla to my to go box…. But gave me the sour cream for it. The bag was sealed from DoorDash and there was no grease in the container so I know it wasn’t the door dasher. The employees totally forgot to add my meal! I really liked this location too…..
We’ve been hesitant to try this new Chipotle after having seen the initial reviews be pretty bad. We took a lark today and were pleasantly surprised! The store was clean and the line moved quick. The portions were totally fine and the food was good.
The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars were because they missed putting salsa on my wife’s burrito bowl and my burrito wasn’t entirely wrapped in foil so it leaked a bit and didn’t hold all of its heat on the drive home. But we will definitely be back.

I would rate this location a 0 if I could. You’re probably thinking that I ate a portion of my bowl before posting this review, but I didn’t. I simply removed the toppings to show how small of a portion of protein I received. When I asked for a bit more protein, I was asked very rudely if I wanted a double. I have frequented multiple Chipotles in many states and have never seen a portion this small for protein. With the price increase, they should really be ashamed of themselves. I will not return to this Chipotle. Will plan to drive to Garner or another surrounding location. Staff needs new training. I’m not sure if corporate is aware of the issues with this store, but they should be. I should have listened to the other reviews and steered clear of this location.
