Went for a carry-out. The location seemed very new and clear of any traffic. Food was ready and I was greeted walking into the door. Very quick and the food tasted great, no problems. The front is heavily tinted but it’s in operation.

Order a Shaq a roni pizza got no pepperoni on it and didn't get no kind of refund for the mistake get home with the pizza and not only is the pizza nasty and bland but not worth the 18 dollars very disappointed the pizza so bad the dog won't even eat it Shaq would be disappointed ☹️

This location has excellent customer service, and the crew working on a Friday evening were churning food off the line with a smile. The young woman at the cash register was extremely nice, and the crew making food were hammering out orders on a busy Friday night. The greatest part was hearing the manager giving words of encouragement to the crew.
The food was the Papa John's Pizza that I expected, and I even tried a pasta bowl that was decent. I sat and waited since I had coupons, but it was worth coming here. The food was great, the restaurant was really clean, and the customer service was stellar. 👌
They are too new and don't have it together. Delivery order was an hour late. When calling to find out where it is I got hung up on twice and then on old for 10 minutes. Finally the employee who handled the order says it left with no apology for how late the thing is. It will be a long time before I order again until they get it figured out.

This was 1st time ingot delivery from thos location I believe. This is a newer location I guess it's closer that the one on 42. So not so great. 1st ordered 4 2 liter deal. I ordered specifically a pepsi max because that's what I can drink. They sent me a regular pepsi. Then the pizza crust was burnt. Also 3 of the pizzas were barley cut and also missed cuts. I had to use my pizza cutter to finnish and add the missing cuts. I ordered the NY style crust. It wasn't what I thought it was going to be. It reminded me of the thin crust pizza but not as thin. That's not thier fault. I order some wings and they were not so good. The breading was soft like they been sitting. Not sure when this location opened, maybe they are working out kinks. Hope they work on things.

Thought it was a good thing that we were getting a Papa Johns, since they are about a 1/2 mile closer to our house than the Domino's that's been delivering here for years. NOPE!! I was told by the store that their delivery radius is different, BUT WE'RE CLOSER TO THEM THAN D DOMINO'S!

The pizza flavor was ok but the crust was a little under done and it took over an hour to prepare. Apparently this restaurant doesn’t deliver. They used DoorDash to make the delivery but that isn’t shown in their website when you make the order. Kinda felt sorry for the DoorDash driver since they spent 45 minutes waiting in the restaurant for the order to be ready. All-in-all in took almost two hours for me to get my order. I doubt I’ll be ordering from them again and I don’t recommend them.
