We love the food here, from the spaghetti and salad, to the Stromboli and cakes! Everything we have tried on the menu is consistently good. We keep coming back weekly to try more menu options. Perfect for takeout too.
Stopped in and had a cheesesteak calzone. It was fantastic. Lots of cheese and a fair amount of steak, peppers, onions and mushrooms. I will ask for a little extra marinara sauce next time only because I tend to use a little more than normal folks. Calzone was also very nicely crisp and golden brown. Folks were friendly. As soon as I can get Facebook to let me do the checkin I’ll do a full post on my page.

Primos Pizzeria and Bakery is a sweet, quiet little restaurant and a great small town establishment in Cleveland, NC. It is more like a diner with a low key and comfortable environment. The menu offers excellent pizza, which is the best in the Salisbury area, along with burgers, gyros, Reubens, pasta, wings, and a grilled chicken salad. Specific items like the large meat pizza, garlic knots, chicken Florentine meal, salads, donuts, and bacon and cheese fries are all delicious and highly recommended. The pizza sauce is on point and not too sweet. They also have a dessert bar for individual desserts. The service is very friendly and helpful, with great service and reasonable, well-priced food. It is a good place to stop and eat, definitely worth a return visit.
