The food was good as always. I got biscuit sandwiches. The staff was very courteous. I did wait longer than other customers I noticed, but they were very busy at the time. Drive thru almost circled the building.

We were three customers deep all walking in at the same time. No one at the counter acknowledged the group for at least 5 minutes. The first order was in and out. The second order had two returns to the counter including, "there are no biscuits in our order" and "I ordered all dark meat." Both returns were not greeted and neither ended with an apology or a smile. I had time to closely observe this as our order was two black coffies and a large bo-rounds. The same inattentive server who took the orders without eye contact said to a coworker, I do not know how to make coffee. It seemed an ordeal ensued as staff talked about where coffee is stored, how long the process takes, and which pot to use. All the while no one said to us how long this was going to take. After the supplies were gathered, the tutorial on coffee making complete, the same counter staff member said the coffee takes three minutes. In the meantime, more customers entered. After waiting awhile, they asked us how long we had been waiting. We explained we believe it had to do with the coffee. Nonetheless, the same counter person shuffled over to the bo-rounds. She used the scooper to fill the large container then a br-round fell out. She disgarded the bo-round without adding anything to our container.From walking in to departing with two black coffees and one large over salted bo-rounds was about 20-25 minutes.We plan to avoid that location in the future.

Manager was rude. Take out ordering, Manager walked up to me and said yes. I checked him on his attitude. He passed me off to another guy named Zae. Zae was awesome and very respectful. He needs a raise. I gave him a tip. If customers are a burden to Managers, they need to leave the store. SIMPLE!!!

I was in the area this morning2.23.24 and decided to stop for food. I went through the drive-thru and customer service were horrible. When I received my food I drove away heading back to my hotel. When I got ready to eat my food. I discovered it was uncooked. I just gave this place my money. I didn't want to go back and deal with attitudes. I definitely don't recommend this location. It's trash.
First off the attitude we were given in the drive thru. This person obviously did not feel like he should be working today. (01/15/2024)He was working Monday at 1:30pm in the drive thru.If I had been his manager he would have been fired on the spot talking to customers like he was, and if you value your business HE will be!!We will be going to Popoyes next time!
