Breakfast food rules!!!! Every time I come here, I'm blown away by the quality of the food. If you get there when it's super busy, you'll have to wait for a while. No worries though, the wait is well worth it. From the buttery pancakes to the fluffy omelettes, your taste buds will be hit with flavor after flavor. The restaurant remains packed so it is a bit noisy at times but it just adds to the family-oriented ambience. If you've got time, check Brigs out!!!
we just left Brigs for the first time and all I can say is IMPRESSIVE! we all started out with appetizers of buffalo chicken tenders (you CANNOT beat 4 large well sauced tenders for $4.50) and we had shrimp and grits, country ham, Spanish omelette, bacon, eggs, and some waffles. Everything was delicious and the tea is the perfect southern sweet tea. Service was friendly and quick. This is definitely the place to eat.

I was there for breakfast and the food was very good. The strawberry belgian waffle combo was wonderful, the bacon crisp, coffee was good (I always like a restaurant that brings your own carafe to the table) and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend going to Brig's! The food is great with very great pricing. I ordered the eggs Benedict and got a really great portion of food. They also have an extensive menu with options for everybody! It is a very down to earth spot with comfort food different than most of the brunch spots around here.Vegetarian options: They offer omelettes, pancakes, and other dishes that are vegetarian friendly.Parking: This location has extensive free parking which is amazing.
We are foodies and love traveling and trying new places for great food. This place is not that. We stopped here purely on the reviews and also the fact that everytime we've tried to eat here before the line would be out the door. Clearly we were wrong. My lady ordered the shrimp and grits with a crab cake and I ordered an omelette with grits. First, who make shrimp and grits with salad shrimp ? Please refer to the pic below. The crab cake was flat and not crabbing and the grits were seasoned with just water... The best part of our meal was the coffee and sweet tea smh. It's a no for us to spin the block.

Ordered a Conquistador with corned beef hash and eggs. The corned beef was mushy and mixed with canned green chilies and jarred salsa topped with a 1/4" thick layer of melted cheese. Basically a coagulated mess. Then I found a mystery object that looked like a chicken bone. Sent it back to get a regular breakfast and the eggs were undercooked, sausage was completely dried out, and almost chipped a tooth on the potatoes. Will not return and definitely don't recommend.
