My mom and I had the chance to stop by this Burger King on yesterday for the first time, and I must admit that the staff members, particularly Barry, were incredibly pleasant. Not only was the restaurant aesthetically pleasing, but it was also impeccably clean. The food itself was scrumptious, and my mom was impressed by the perfectly made coffee. I can assure you that I'll be revisiting this Burger King in the near future whenever I find myself in the Durham area.

Barry has the audacity to be the manager, I was extremely rude. Would not recommend. Service was terrible, I told him I had a coupon before I ordered, he insisted I didn’t. The guy in the back I even heard him ask if he heard me. Made me drive back around, just for him to tell me that it’s my fault that I am what’s wrong with customers. By all means the Customer isn’t always right but the way he talked to me was terrible

This is honestly the cleanest fast food restaurant we have visited in a while. We immediately were happy we stopped in for lunch! The people were friendly. It wasn't 100% clean, but we definitely noticed the difference between the other fast food spots in the area. The food was tasty, and fries were a great temperature.

I had a Whopper Jr. It was good, but the buns are never warm enough.
They charged my card $13 but my receipt said my order was $5.35.They said that frozen strawberry lemonade didn’t exist but it was on their menu.Not as good as Chick-fil-A but much cheaper so they kids are BK and I got CFL.

The store gm is very disrespectful. She yelled at me over talking everyone.Could not get a word in because she has a very loud and disrespectful mouth .She is going to meet her match and this location will be on the news. I almost went off but my dying cousin was in the store didn't want to mess up our day . Plus I was feeling bad.She will get hers. Because she is going to flip on the wrong customer and I'm going to be like I told you so.

This was honestly one of the most pleasant drive thru experiences I’ve ever had. The two attendants I interacted with were so nice to me during the brief interaction I had with them. Food came out perfect and hot as well. 10/10 would go back
