If I could give it zero stars I would. I can’t rate the food because we never received it. We waited an hour and a half for one pizza. It never came out. When a pizza finally came out it, an hour and a half later, it wasn’t even what we ordered. Our drinks never got refilled until we said something about our pizza not coming out. The only time we ever saw our waiter was when he took our order. We will not be eating there again.

Food was good, but service was incredibly slow (took us 1 hour to get our food), and other customers received their pizzas before us for some reason.

After being seated waited 30 minutes for server to acknowledge my table. Food was bland, no taste egg rolls were doughy not cooked all the way. Chicken lettuce wrap had no taste very bland. Will not be coming back.

Recently visited this location at around 1pm on a Wednesday. There was no line but it took 10 minutes to be seated by a manger with no greeting. It was slow, yet when we did get sat no one took our drink orders. After 10-15 minutes we make eye contact with the manger that sat us and she was in the open-style kitchen talking… still no drinks. After we made eye-contact she hid behind the divider to continue to not do anything. Finally after 25 minutes being seated some other server was sent to our table confused. We left to eat elsewhere but 0/10 for service.

I am confident that my mom and I contracted E. coli from this restaurant in August of 2023. We were very sick for several weeks and lucky we didn’t need to be hospitalized. I would never eat here again or recommend anyone else eat here.

Service is hit or miss. Likely won't be back after the last visit. It appeared the team members don't work together.

Initially, the sever was great, then he disappeared after delivering our pizzas. Had to find the manager to pay our bill. The pizzas were expensive and just okay.

Our waiter was fantastic and worked really hard to recite the long script at every table he had to serve. I would go back, mainly for him, but the amount of time he needed to spend at each table caused us to have to wait about 20 minutes to get our check and leave. It was off-peak, and it seemed another server would have been very helpful.
We came back because the last time we were there, the food was much better than we expected, and the outdoor seating was in a nice spot.
This time, the food was too salty and had burnt pieces of toppings (bacon and maybe anchovy) stuck to the bottom of the crust, so it seems the oven isn't kept up and there is a high chance of cross contamination for people with dietary restrictions.
When we went to the bathrooms, there was a sour dirty smell in the area where the pathway to the oven and the front door intersected.
So, the food experience is inconsistent, and part of the restaurant needs good disinfecting. I'm only taking a point off on service because of the long wait for the check, but the staff worked hard to bring the food to the table while the waiter worked very hard to give the customers the attention they needed while quickly and clearly reciting the franchise script.

Waited almost 50 min to get a pizza with very hungry young children, and when it arrived it was cold. The restaurant only had a few customers and almost a dozen employees in the kitchen. Food is ok but it’s very expensive for what you get.
Let's be clear: CPK itself does not deliver. It seemingly allows you to order online and then select the delivery option. But it's all for naught, nothing happens. You can't enter your credit card. You can only access delivery through DoorDash or Euber Eats.
