The food here is excellent!!! The chicken salad is my favorite and all the varieties of roasted veggies and tasty salads will help anyone stay on track for their health goals. I have been to several parties catered my CORE as well and the food has been top notch and very different than what is offered in the restaurant. The staff and owner are very hands on and helpful. This clean and bright cafe speaks to my heart. And stomach! Lots of fresh options, and friendly to gluten free folks. Best GF oatmeal raisin cookie ever, and I can't wait to try the chocolate chip next. Seems like a good place for a Meetup where you want to talk, as it's relatively quiet. It's a little tricky to find, in the back of the if office building at University and Shannon.

I've been to this cafe a few times: grilled pimento cheese with bacon, tomato, and spinach; tarragon chicken salad; mint, watermelon and feta salad; creamy potato and leek soup; kale salad; local roasted beets; green apple chicken salad; Greek salad; tomato basil soup; banana muffin; cinnamon roll; lemon blueberry bread; pumpkin cream cheese bread; Snickerdoodle cookies!
