I have fallen for this restaurant. Last week I got their fish combo including catfish, fries sweet tea, coconut cake and out of this world BANANA PUDDING!!!! WITHIN 3 days then I asked if I could sit and wait for my ride to a new hotel. The one I was staying in the prices doubled due to the Dreamville concert and NCSU Men's and Women's basketball games. I am temporarily homeless. I had a lot of my things to take to my storage unit. I asked the gentleman from Jimmies's Famous hotdogs if I could sit and wait for one of my kids to come and get my things in my storage room. I was supposed to wait for an hour? I was told to take my time. I said it would be an hour. I was sitting in my power chair and the gentleman said take your time. An hour went by and no one came. I was cold even when I had a blanket over me. Someone called a paramedic to check on me. They did everything to get me another room, which I ended up in Burlington at the Motel 6. I just want to say "THANK YOU FOR THE TRANSPORTATION TO Burlington. Everyone that helped me. Another young man gave me a beautiful blanket and snacks. Thank you to the ladies transporting me to Burlington. The van was equipped for my Power Chair. I had a couple of ladies that offered me money even though I asked for prayer. I never thought that I would be homeless. God just keeps blessing me. I didn't have anywhere to go. My cousin picked me up. I never thought I would be homeless again. I get SSDI once a month and it's hard. It's not like I have an emergency housing voucher or I don't make 2.5 times the rent alone. To the staff at Jimmies's Famous hotdogs for subtly get help for me. I can't say THANK YOU so much ENOUGH. THANK YOU so much I really appreciate you all. I am still looking for an apartment based on my income which is hard to find. Or, the items they requested and my birth certificate is not easily accessible. My son and I discussed moving together. I know I need some help, I was just to be proudful that I want to do things on my own. I have to face the fact I am in need of help.

I gave it three starts because of the size of my sub. I ordered a Giant size sub. It's supposed to be 16 inches. I measured it and it's only 14 inches. This is my first time ordering a Giant sub and I'm disappointed they cut me out of two inches. This is false advertising.

Once again, I scheduled an order for delivery between 12:00 and 12:15. I placed the order hours before the actual delivery time. It says out for delivery at 12:02 and 30 minutes later still no food. I try to call and no one answers. I already talked to the manager and he didn't really give any resolution that they were just at the working on it. No longer ordering from this JJ again

They have finally lowered themselves to be Subway's equals. Meat was like a tube, no way that was freshly layered. The sandwich was either all meat or lettuce and bread.Didn't get a receipt so when the food was ready they started screaming the receipt number, then what type of sandwiches we got. Lol, once we get settled, not a napkin to be had in the entire restaurant. And don't ask an employee for one. Clearly they are too busy to help.Not interested in calling and speaking with a manager or going to a website to provide feedback. Save it, not interested. Just wanted to tell people the place sucks and we won't go back.

Once a brand goes against their own tagline, they’ve lost the plot. Over an hour (TWICE) for a sandwich to be delivered a mile. How is that “freaky fast?” The owner should get in their car and deliver themselves or they won’t last, because they just lost a loyal customer and I know others will do the same. $20 and an old, soggy sandwich. Good work, guys!

Update: Manager reached out to me to apologize. I appreciate the gesture, and understand how this was just an unfortunate accident. Updated to 5-stars.Original 2-star review: I ordered a typical meal (2 sandwiches) in the store, and was first accidentally charged for a “combo” that I did not ask for. Annoying, but I guess my fault for not understanding the total bill. Then, while I waited (forever), the 3 people who ordered in the store AFTER me all got their food. When I went back to the cashier to ask about my food, I watched them move my ticket forward, and finally make it.That is ridiculous. Is this bc I didn’t tip…? Who tips on a small/typical in-store purchase at Jimmy John’s?!? Also I shouldn’t be penalized for that…so awful.Used to order here 1-2x a week. Not going back (for awhile at least).

Customer service is terrible. Ordered delivery on 6/27 it took them over an hour to deliver 2 subs. Store owner called and apologized the next evening. Go to the store today to order and staff was rude except David who took my order. I will not return to this location

I've been to Jimmy John's a few times now, and I've always been impressed with the quality of the food. The sandwiches are made to order, and the ingredients are always fresh. I've never had a sandwich that wasn't delicious.The servers are also very friendly and accommodating. They're always happy to make recommendations, and they're quick to offer help if you need it.The only downside to Jimmy John's is the unappetizing slogans and phrases that are on the walls. I am sure it is just me?? I understand that they're trying to be edgy and funny. These things happen.Overall, I would definitely recommend Jimmy John's to anyone looking for a quick and delicious sandwich. Usually Jimmy John's is actually a bit better then places like Subway. But I guess this location never got the memo!Service was slow, subs tasted like vom, there were out of most things, and you would tell that everyone one of the staff hated working there. Do yourself a favor and avoided this one!
