I believe that it is the worst Krispy Kreme store I ever visited! It is so badly managed! They always have an excuse for keeping the door closed! one day the machine doesn't work, another day will be the employees shortage and even some days the door is just close! I don't know if they make money, because there is so much waste!!! So many perfectly fine doughnuts fall at the end of the conveyor...and nobody catch them. or put them on trays!! I got cold, hard or stale doughnuts so many times, even when the light is on!!! Employees are rude or look like we are disturbing them!!! And it is worth at the windows!!

They told me they didn’t have nothing but chocolate donuts then I arrive by the drive-through window and I see y’all kinds of donuts. People are so lazy nowadays they don’t even wanna work. I wish there was another Krispy Kreme in Durham.

It's just a crying damn shame that you got five people inside that building and the lobby is closed. If you slow and need a slow check go to SSA. Quit making everybody else uncomfortable and fat having to eat in their car because you're uncomfortable lazy and fat and it's such a disappointment to do your own job... I mean seriously.

Donuts were okay. Staff is terrible. About 6 people running around and looked at me several times and wouldn't acknowledge if I was ready to order. Super nice bus driver for Durham was behind me watching all of this and bellowed out of they were going to take my and her orders out just standing there to watch us. I thanked her.
